Just picked up a doordash order before writing this. Whoever the old black lady needs to be fired. She littarly screams people and even screams at me for no reason at all. She even screamed at a customer while I was inside while he was trying to get his burger fixed and gave a lot of attitude. The guy even asked if he could get help, and the lady said, "No, I can't help you." Very rudely.

Stopped at this location for something I hadn't had in years while I was traveling. Spent time mapping out the best location along my path. Each window confirmed my order and receipt reflected order correctly as well. About 10 minutes after driving off, took a bite and WRONG sandwich. Even though label on wrapper and wrapper itself also said correct sandwich. Too far to go back and NOT from the area. Manager Nancy was NOT able to refund unless she had my card. They could have just VOIDED transaction. Big DISSAPOINMENT!!! Called corporate...

I feel like this McDonald’s has gone way down hill since they remodeled it. I know it’s a fast food place so I don’t expect much, however almost every time I go there (even when it is not busy at all) they get at least 1 thing wrong with my order. On top of that, the manager at night is very rude. He’s always yelling at his employees and he’s pretty rude when he takes drive thru orders. It’s also weird how expensive it’s gotten, I can go to a lot of better places for a lot cheaper. I would not recommend.
