I came here because I had a coupon for 50% off an entree on the Moe’s app… the cashier told me they do not accept the coupon at this location… I don’t understand how a Moe’s franchise does not accept a coupon issued through their corporate app? This was ridiculous. If they won’t honor the company rewards I will not patronize this location and I suggest you don’t either.

Go there every Friday, they give great food, and very nice employees. Friendly atmosphere too!! Best Moe’s in the area.Vegetarian options: They gave a lot of options to my vegetarian friends! And they loved it!

It’s so nice to have Moe’s handy. My kids enjoyed it so much that they ordered another round. It almost never happens that they get two sets of food but they truly enjoyed their taco and quesadillas! Thank you for the fresh food and clean restaurant!

I went to the Moe location for the first time located between Hillsborough and Bellemead area. The service was not welcoming at all. Never stated welcome to Moes. Out of white rice and it wasn’t busy at all; trying to decide as we went along and felt rushed! Never said thank for our purchase! Poor poor customer service!Won’t I be back or suggest this location.I stick with chipotle.A former customer service sales

The young lady, Tecora or Secora, Secara something like that is her name rang me up and called me liar because I told her that on my previous visit I asked for Pico de gallo, jalapeños & cilantro in my Queso Blanco and that's what I purchased and I would like to get it again. She called me a liar more than one time and I said That a male Manager was there previously at night who allowed this for me. She proceeded to call me a liar again and her Manager only comes there in the morning. No class and no manners!! Very rude and uncalled for. You survive a pandemic to treat other human beings with such disrespect? It's a shame!
