Great customer service! I had an issue with my take out order. I called the restaurant not really expecting anything but more frustration and I was pleasantly surprised at how swiftly and effectively the Manager handled the situation. Very pleased and impressed with the Customer Service!
Rafferty's has bounced back in a big way. New management has revived this neighborhood favorite that really fell off a few years ago. Food quality has been excellent since the change after multiple visits and the new seasonal cocktails have been a welcome addition.
Big restaurant with plenty of seating, an outdoor area, and a nice bar for a variety of dining experiences. Great happy hour specials! I got 2 beers and shrimp taco's for $16 (although there was more salad than shrimp on them).
