My family and I have ordered from here a lot and the food is always good. That being said my last order the spice levels I asked for were 1 but it tasted like a 3 ( too spicy for us). I also felt like there wasn’t enough tofu in my curry. Another issue was that I ordered takeout and they forgot to give me the second bag and I had to drive back when I noticed I didn’t have everything i ordered. Im hoping my experience is better next time because I used to really enjoy this place.

Everything was so delicious!!!!!! Definitely coming back regularly! Only con was that I added shrimp to my fried rice (which was extra $) and there were only 4 small pieces of shrimp on the whole thing so just gonna get the veggie one next time.

I truly appreciate the effort of small, family-run restaurants, but unfortunately my recent experience at Ricky’s Thai was disappointing. The red curry with extra chicken did not meet expectations—the flavor was lacking, and the chicken had the texture of being frozen and bland rather than freshly prepared.
I was also surprised at how quickly the order was ready (about 5–7 minutes for a red curry), which raised concerns about the quality and freshness of preparation. Additionally, utensils have been repeatedly left out of Grubhub orders, which makes takeout less convenient.
Lastly, I’ve noticed that customer service can sometimes feel a bit rushed and impatient, particularly from the older woman who works there, which left a discouraging impression.
I truly hope these issues can be addressed, as I know many people—including myself—want to support local Thai cuisine in the community.
