We love the Gelati --- soft ice cream and Italian ice. Our favorite is vanilla ice cream and Mango ices. Yum!

My husband was really looking forward to his Mango and Watermelon Gelati from Rita’s, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to his expectations. Both flavors lacked any real taste. He described them as crushed ice with no flavor at all. Given how much we usually enjoy Rita’s, this location was a big let down. We were hoping for a refreshing, fruity treat, but it just wasn’t there. Definitely disappointing!

Very slow service. Too many high school teenagers hanging around causing mischief. This was at night. They weren't ordering just occupying the staff with nonsense. They should have been told to move along if they weren't ordering.

I arrived after 9:00pm on a Tuesday night and we live like 1 mile away and have been coming to this Rita's for years. The staff is always amazing, but tonight I was served by Abby (Abbie?), who after the transaction was completed asked "what is your name? It was very thoughtful coming from a young girl. She was so sweet. I wanted someone to know. We will continue to come back for the wonderful ice and custard.

Amazing! The girl we just ordered from was so nice and sweet to my 2 year old daughter. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. Of course the custard and Italian ice are amazing as well. Thank you so much! With kind service like this my family will definitely be back! Thank you!

Just tried to get a kids custard for my son after a very long day at the doctor but I was told unlike our home Rita s they don't sell kids size custards. Shame on them.

Love Rita's but just had there banana custard which didn't even taste like banana couldn't return to store because I live in staten island

Honestly the ice creams great custard flavors are good and new . That problem is the tip tablet. This made me feel uncomfortable when he made that look like its required to tip . . So I asked the floor manager and he's getting paid $20 a hour . Why would I tip them knowing this ? The tipping is out of hand . This really upset me .
