Love Rita's italian ices
Specialty ritas with more flavors than your average Rita’s. Not more special than the Rita’s in Warren tho
Brianne helped me today. I got no pressure when I was trying two flavors and thinking. I appreciated that. And they have flavors here that are not usually at Rita’s which I am happy about like roasted marshmallow and orange and cream. There’s so many options. Also the presentation of the frozen custard swirls were excellent. Thank you so much!

This store is absolutely fantastic! They have the most custard flavors I have ever seen at any Rita’s! The employees working are always so happy and helpful every time I’m there. Hillsborough Rita’s is the best!

We hired Rita’s to be our late night snack at our wedding and our guests absolutely loved it! John and Melissa were so great to work with. They made sure we were comfortable throughout the planning process, and let us pick so many fun flavors for the day of! 10/10 would recommend.

Best italian ice
We love the Gelati --- soft ice cream and Italian ice. Our favorite is vanilla ice cream and Mango ices. Yum!

My husband was really looking forward to his Mango and Watermelon Gelati from Rita’s, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to his expectations. Both flavors lacked any real taste. He described them as crushed ice with no flavor at all. Given how much we usually enjoy Rita’s, this location was a big let down. We were hoping for a refreshing, fruity treat, but it just wasn’t there. Definitely disappointing!
Very slow service. Too many high school teenagers hanging around causing mischief. This was at night. They weren't ordering just occupying the staff with nonsense. They should have been told to move along if they weren't ordering.
