I placed an online order at 6:27 pm yesterday. I arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes later to pick up my order that I paid for through the app and the store was closed with no note on the door as to why. I don't know why an online order would be able to go through if the restaurant was closed. I have been trying to call today and there is no answer so I wonder if the restaurant is still not open today. I am trying to receive my refund. I also saw someone else had a review posted yesterday with the same issue and the review is now mysteriously gone from the Google reviews.

I always loved salad works and the one by me closed. I took the drive about 30 mins to this location to pick up 2 salads. I was so grossed out after just a few bites and now I can’t unsee it, there was dead spider that was in my salad and will never be able to eat salad works again without feeling like I’m going to come across another one.

They do not offer any bags for your to go order. You have to balance multiple orders and try not to drop anything while unlocking the car. And it's insanely expensive on top of the stupidity.

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at any Salad Works. 2 people working the counter for a Sunday lunch. Stood for 20 minutes on line. Some people in our group were done eating before others received their food. Won’t be back.

I ordered the “Make your own” salad and was able to pick 5 items to put on my salad. There was a lot put on the plate/bowl and it certainly filled me up.Everything was fresh. The soda machine was broken when I visited, and I ordered from the Tractor Brand juice drinks. These were a very nice compliment to the salad

Go to Panera instead. This Saladworks charges you an extra $1.99 for extra dressing and does not inform you - just adds to your bill. No one answers the phone at corporate - mailbox is full. The worker that made my salad was very sweet. The woman who rang me up was not pleasant. I would rather give my money to a store that likes to have customers.
Ordered Grilled Chicken Mediterranean Salad for my wife. As good as she said the salad tasted, and there was no chicken. I paid for something and didn't get it. Guess its best if you are there to watch them make the order because they might skimp on something. Also didnt get a roll that was to come with the salad.
