I made the error to ask the young lady if I could throw out my Starbucks cup. She asked someone through her earpiece, the next thing I know is that there's two young ladies staring at me asking me why am I asking to throw my trash away? It was their cup. It was so obvious they were speaking of me. I really wish they would hire older individuals at least over 25 so that we can have customer service with maturity.

I am at Starbucks in Hillsborough to buy a cup of coffee for someone else and have been waiting for over 15 minutes. I went inside so I could be serviced right away. Well it is going on 20 minutes and will be late for an appointment because I do not think it will he ready any time soon. I do not get why people come here. They are not that friendly and this is ridiculous for coffee

Took too long for my order, opens at 5:00am it’s 5:30 and they cannot make 2 capuccinos. I talked to the barista and he couldn’t care less. This barista didn’t have any customer service experience. Never, ever walk to this Starbucks if you are in a rush or if you expect to be treated with kindness as I’m use to in every Starbucks. It wasn’t the wait what triggered me as much but the attitude of this Barista. I mean if you don’t like the job, you might as well go somewhere else where you feel you belong…

For the first time in a long time, there was someone working there with a ton of positive energy and positive attitude. There was a really nice older gentleman Working there this morning that was friendly and positive as one could ask for at 7 o’clock in the morning. I haven’t seen that from this location in a long time.

The Older Tall Heavy-Set man was incredibly rude. All i did was order a caramel machiatto and asked for cinnamon dulce syrup instead of vanilla with coconut milk… He sarcastically rolled his eyes and said “anything else with that?” I walked out. I felt very disrespected when all i wanted was to order my egg bites and drink. Im pregnant and all i wanted was to enjoy my breakfast. You should be ashamed of yourself, “sir”.

Walked into Starbucks in Hillsborough at 6:20 no other customer was there. Ordered a beverage the person that took the order walked away..I said is someone making the beverage because I have to go. looked around 5 people standing around one girl was making orders. I asked her could she accommodate since I was actually in the store waiting. She said I have other drinks to make; yet I was the only person actually in the store. Please train because customer service is important.
This is to commend Tristin & Marco from the Hillsborough location for their continued excellence in customer service. Not only do they know my usual order amongst thousands of customers, they both are so pleasant & friendly and I love chatting with them while waiting for my order. Thank you for such a great staff! I needed to add 2 more names to commend for their great & pleasant service, Hannah & Giovanna. Hannah always goes out of her way for me when I order (which she also knows) & is so friendly & kind. Thanks to everyone at Starbucks!
