This Taco Bell has become very bad. The quantity that they serve is not even the full portion corresponding to what you pay. Everything is so skinny.

Customer service. Ugh. Talk to your customers instead of acting as if their presence is such an inconvenience. No one is expecting anyone to make friends with their customers, but at least acknowledge when a customer speaks to you, instead of grunting and closing the window. A small greeting of a simple hello when the customer says "Hi" goes a long way. Saying "Thank you" back to the customer who said it to you after receiving their food isn't much effort. If you hate your job, I can understand since I've been there, done that, but ignoring the customers that actually are NOT being rude is unacceptable. You might think you are not paid enough to care, but you alone decided to work there. Be better

Had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell. Ordered a chicken taco combo but got something completely different. When I called, they said I could pick up the correct order anytime, but later denied having any record of it. The store was empty, yet the employees were too busy chatting to greet or provide proper service. Still, they messed up my simple order. Poor customer service and careless staff—wouldn’t recommend this location.

Keep missing items for pickup, The first time it happened, I ignored it, thought it happens sometime. But now the third time. I reported on the app but did not get any response back. Every time more than two items they miss,might be needed to count and look at all items while picking. Will not recommend and will not order again.

The hillsborough tacobell is one of the worst taco bells one would experience. Second time in a row they serve us beef cantina burrito when we asked for chicken cantina burritos. Strongly suggest to close down the center if you can't find better staff to handle the place . Its disgusting customer service they give Night staff is absolutely worthless

I live locally and visit this taco bell occasionally. Typically, I am happy with the service they provide. Every now and then, a mistake might be made. However, what I would really like to emphasize is how easily the team working here works with the customer to ensure that the mistake is handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Recently, I spoke with the General Manager (Dawn) and the Assistant Manager (Caitlyn) about a double charge that occured. It was a simple and innocent mistake made by a brand new cashier. Dawn made it clear that she wanted to help me out and get me my money back. I am both impressed and pleased with the customer service and professionalism of both Dawn and Caitlyn.
