First and last time coming here. Placed an order at the drive-thru for only 2 items, a cheese quesadilla and a veggie item. There was no long line or anything yet when I got back to the office my veggie bowl had chicken in it. This wasn't even an item I customized it is their menu item but they still put chicken in it so now I'm starving and wasted money. I can excuse mistakes sometimes if a place was busy or I had a complicated order, but neither situation took place today. Disappointed.

This Taco Bell has become very bad. The quantity that they serve is not even the full portion corresponding to what you pay. Everything is so skinny.

Customer service. Ugh. Talk to your customers instead of acting as if their presence is such an inconvenience. No one is expecting anyone to make friends with their customers, but at least acknowledge when a customer speaks to you, instead of grunting and closing the window. A small greeting of a simple hello when the customer says "Hi" goes a long way. Saying "Thank you" back to the customer who said it to you after receiving their food isn't much effort. If you hate your job, I can understand since I've been there, done that, but ignoring the customers that actually are NOT being rude is unacceptable. You might think you are not paid enough to care, but you alone decided to work there. Be better
