I don’t know what to think about this place. There was a lady in front of me who asked for 2 tacos… and the person assembling her food Spilled the toppings off and I pretended to not see what just happened and She Just slapped the topping right on once it fell… it’s disgusting. Besides that My food was a 5/10 THAT same Day I had a terrible stomach ache and I had horrible Diarrhea. It’s been 5 days to be exact now I’ve been feeling extremely horrible. I had to go to urgent care and they say I had food poisoning… I always eat at home and I don’t know why I decided to eat outside.

I ordered through the app and of course items were missing after I came home. Really annoyed since I couldn’t even call the store directly instead have to call their 1800 # and they prob outsource all of this. Their system was completely down and ended up getting nothing.

Got there just as they were closing the kitchen after I worked all day and a great employee named Mike helped me anyway and gave me a nice big burrito which totally made my day.

Walk right out if you see a short latina worker with reddish hair.
The short female worker is EXTREMELY rude and rushes the orders. Does not ask what you want and puts same protein on consecutive bowls when we wanted different protein for each. When we asked for fajitas, she just said "No have!" without an apology. Never going back

I keep trying to give this place a fair stab and correct its issues. Staff is rude especially the girl making the bowls. Ordered the Al pastor chicken. Barely 4 ounces . Mind you this place is priced higher then the one on rt 17 and their portions left me full the entire day. $24 for a bowl and a burrito. Place needs regular cleaning and better more friendly staff. Portions on the protein is pathetic. I'm not interested in chasing link to report issues anymore. Been there done that many times. Clearly people are complaining all over google. I can't imagine a large chain of restaurants allowing this. Been in.town for 30 years. We needed a good new spot. Stay away from here.

Someone from the franchise really needs to check in on how this location is killing their brand. Trash everywhere. The interior looked like a truck stop bathroom. 6 or 7 workers behind the counter just goofing off. No steak, no chicken... I've tried at least 3 times to give this location a redemption opportunity because it's so close to home but that's it. If you own this location... you may want to check on your management.
