Ordered delivery from the app. Food was gross. The rice in my burrito bowl was so undercooked and crunchy I couldn’t even eat it and the chips and guacamole were so salty we couldn’t eat them either. We spent $60 on two fast food burrito bowls with a side of chips and guacamole just to get disgusting inedible food. And tried calling the store and contacting their chat feature and both were robots who didn’t help. 0 stars

Order through the app if you do not want to be over charged for items you did not order from the staff. This has happed multiple times when ordering in store. The quality of food is also beyond poor for what they are charging maybe just avoid this location.

Terrible location. If you want like THE SMALLEST FOOD PORTION EVER then you should come here. I asked for more cheese and the lady pulled out the book and said “this is the right portion, we follow rules here” what is this the chipotle police. I JUST WANTED TO EAT. actually terrible and rude people. Just replace the whole staff with decent people. Maybe get a new manager.

genuinely the worst experience i’ve ever had at a chipotle. the employees were actually horrible people and were so unaccommodating. i had a reward for free chips with a side but the only side they would accept was small salsa. not guacamole, not queso, none of the extra charges applied to my bowl. nothing other than a small salsa. so rude and very sparing with the toppings on my bowl to the point where i had to ask for extra rice. literally the worst chipotle location i’ve ever seen after being a regular here for years.

This is honestly a joke of a chipotle location. I’ve gone here over ten times since it’s conveniently close to work. I kept going back hoping for the day of change and today sent me over the edge. Got maybe 3 veggies and 5 bites of chicken. I even mentioned it to the workers and they didn’t care at all. Whoever owns this location needs to clear house because it’s a joke how bad it is. Take a look at your overall reviews and figure it out.
