Let me start off by saying the employees are very very stingy with the portions. They also overcharged us for our food. We even showed them that the same exact meal was cheaper via the online app after we noticed. They completely denied it and insisted they were right for charging us more money. This place needs more normal tables when it’s busy there is no place to sit.Update to this review: “we don’t give out water cups before 2:00 pm” this has to be the craziest rule I’ve ever encountered at a chipotle establishment. How can you deny a customer water! Shame on you!!!!

multiple complaints that when kids go in by themselves, they double charge meat. Meanwhile, there isn't even one serving.When I go in and hover, there is no problem.Chipotle, I don't need to chase your links and complain to a hotline. Google maps review will get this out to all the families around and make you realize your business is managed poorly.

Food is great and so is the service, granted you act like a normal human being. Bad reviews are coming from people like the lady in front of me who expected the cashier to place the change directly into her not yet outstretched hand instead of sliding it across the counter during the middle of lunch rush. Or the many people who seem to be ridiculously angry that not everyone there speaks English.

Sorry but the personnel and food were both terrible. The young man serving the food was actually pleasant although after he put my order together the young lady at the register was conversing with another female employee (who was oddly seated on the floor behind the counter) and completed her lengthy conversation before taking my payment. Also I asked where the utensils were and she rudely pointed while looking away as she continued her conversation. That wasn't the worst part. The food was horrible. Meat was dry and chewy and rice was overdone. I was looking forward to my meal too.

We ordered takeout and the food was awful. Three tacos half filled, a burned quesadilla and a burrito evidently rolled by Edward Scissorhands. Will not be ordering again.

I’ve walked in and out of this place twice. Gave it another chance because I live close. The store is run terribly. It is dirty inside and the staff is incompetent. Whoever owns this place needs to wake up. A new Chipotle in a nice location with this low of a rating. Horrendous.

The food is hit or miss. One day you asked for it a bowl to go and the bowl is filled up halfway The next day you ask for the same bowl and it's filled up to the top. One soda small cost over $3
