Fig & Tomato Italian European Eatery

After my initial disappointing experience, I was pleasantly surprised by how the manager handled the situation. They called me personally, explained that they had a new pizza maker, apologized for the issues with my order, and invited me back for a complimentary pie. I got the buffalo chicken and it was delicious. That level of customer service really changed my impression. While my first pie was missing the garlic knot crust and vodka sauce, I appreciate a business that stands behind its product and makes things right.

I had a big delivery for my best friend who just had a baby and Fig and Tomato were absolutely great! Ailish was so helpful over the phone and my friend said every order was delicious!

Wow phenomenal meal. We had the beet salad with shrimp and salmon and La Zanabella. Wow! And the fociacca? Extra wow!! So flavorful and the portions are good, felt like grandma was in the kitchen herself. I think I found my favorite Italian restaurant and I can’t wait to come back to try the other meals.

Food was bland and unexceptional. We were basically ignored at our table as they are grossly understaffed. Was not approached by service team member for over 15 minutes after we sat down.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Never eaten such amazing and delectable food in my life! With The BEST service (my waitress Ava was a godsend). Could not recommend more!

Both my Father's and myself were extremely ill after eating their food. The food tasted good while we were eating. It took quite awhile to get over this for me. Dad recovered a bit faster. Disappointing because it seemed good while we were there. The service was good. Needless to say we are never going back.

Came in for lunch and the experience was disappointing. There was only one person working, which made service very slow. I called around 11:30 a.m. beforehand, but no one answered the phone. Overall, the place seemed unorganized and understaffed. Hoping management can improve staffing and communication for a better customer experience.

New to this area and thought, oh hey, this is high end and full of upscale establishments. I found a place with some of my favorite things figs and tomatoes. Figured I’d try it and this brings me to my review. I give this establishment 4.8 fruit flies and 20 out of 10 for the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever set foot in. Food was average for being overpriced. Overall they tried, I think, but I can say with 100% confidence they never tried to clean. Seems like they won awards in 2023 probably the last time this place was clean. Do better.

The food and service were top notch. Looking forward to coming on more dates with my girlfriend here.
