Staff was wonderful - food was yummy only negative was that the food was slow coming out of the kitchen - but that gave us time to catch up with the folks in our party and the people we knew at the next table
We thought the food was very good, however, we were freezing the whole night. Six people at other tables around us were wearing winter coats during their entire meal. There was a terrible breeze blowing on all of us from the foyer and also my back was to glass doors along the wall and there was also a breeze coming from that section. When I mentioned the issue to the waitress she said yes, I can feel it too! She said the breeze is mainly coming from the front door opening. The drapes that separate the foyer from the restaurant was actually moving! This issues must be fixed. I would recommend 1. install an additional outside wind barrier with a door if you are allow to build out another tiny foyer before you come in. Or 2. Install a major heater above the current door to existing foyer and another above one just before entering the seating area! And 3. Keep the other door in the foyer that possibly goes to pizza area) closed. Best wishes!
Everyone enjoyed the food they had another big party so I think this weight staff was a little overwhelmed took us a while to get a glass of ice but other than that the staff was very very nice and as I said, the food was excellent. It was the first time for a lot of the guests that were there. I'm sure we'll be back.
This was our first experience at this restaurant. We had a 7 o'clock reservation and they did seat us pretty much on time which was nice. But the table they sent us at, was in a corner and so one of the chairs had to be on the far end of the table and it was kind of awkward to have a conversation with the rest of the party. They were four of us. The service was quite slow. It took a while for the first appetizer to come out and the second one was close to 10 minutes behind. Not what one would hope for. From the time we ordered until the time we got our entrées was almost 90 minutes. Pretty excessive. However, the food was fantastic! I had the veal Saltimbocca , which was off the charts delicious. The best I've ever had. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her ravioli. And a couple we came with also enjoyed their entrées. I would return for the food, but would have different expectations of the service going forward.
First time and did not disappoint, the bread with the pesto sauce is so delicious, we had to order more which they were very kind to bring more at no extra cost. Did not know it was BYOB so had to run to my car for a bottle of wine . Overall friendly staff and fast service for a Wednesday night .
Had lunch there , I was surprised it was busy for a wednesday. Service was good, friendly server and enjoyed my lunch. Sandwiches are big enough to share and the calamari was fresh .
Food was great, however servers seemed very disinterested in their jobs. No smiles - they performed their jobs, yet there was no warmth in the dialogue. Also, restaurant was not filled to capacity and yet everyone there was sitting on top of each other. Was able to hear my neighbors conversation as well as my own.
Disheartening Experience and Unprofessional Follow-Up We made a reservation for four and arrived on time to find the restaurant completely empty, which led us to expect attentive service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Despite being the only guests, service was slow and inattentive, and we waited far too long to be acknowledged. The food was average and did not justify the price. What truly disappointed us, however, was the follow-up call we received afterward. Rather than offering an apology or seeking feedback, the tone was defensive and dismissive, which felt unprofessional and only deepened our dissatisfaction. Given the circumstances, there was no excuse for such poor service or for the lack of courtesy afterward. The restaurant has potential, but our experience reflected a concerning absence of care and professionalism.

Dined at Fig and Tomato on a Wednesday night with my wife. Started with the most delicious flatbread with an oil spread. Wife had a large portion of chicken Milanese with delicious burrata on top. I ate the chicken Amalfi with sausage and hot peppers. Had a perfect amount of heat and beautiful thin cutlet. Ended with homemade ice cream trio which was amazing. Waitresses did a great job keeping our meal very well timed. We’ll be back very soon.
