We had a great experience today!! We had a large party and our waitress did a phenomenal job!! There was a power outage because of a storm and we had to wait for the computer system to reboot for about 30 minutes, but that wasn't anyone's fault. It happens. Our food and ice cream was great and everyone left happy.

It’s sad this is the nearest Friendly’s to my house. My server was not friendly at all, he seemed so mad to serve people he wasn’t even nice and never smiled. He needs to learn about customer service and should never been hired. I didn’t even bother get his name, since I’m never going back,Thanks for ruining Friendly’s, can’t even make a kids cone head sundae.

Nope. We waited few minutes before we got to order, then waited 25 minutes to get our order only to be so DISAPPOINTED when we got home. This is NOT what we ordered! The large sundaes did NOT have everything we asked for. My husband is allergic to nuts and his large sundae had walnuts, hard gummy bears and wrong flavor ice cream. Mine was also wrong flavors/toppings, so was my daughters order. So irresponsible on their part. Thank God I tasted my husband's "sundae" first. Never again!

The food is so so but I keep coming back for the ice cream! It reminds me of when I was a kid and my parents would take me on a hot summer day as a treat.
I missed going to Friendly's! the ice cream was just as I remembered it, delish! It's a wonderful family restaurant.

All the staff are great to me each time I come and make me feel like as if Friendly's is a second home. The food is excellent each time and the workers never fail to satisfy my needs. They go above and beyond and are wonderful people, definitely recommend coming here if you want good food and a good time!

Family had a wonderful time. Our waitress was just delightfully helpful. The food was delicious it wasnt crowded and the cleaning was round the clock... Only been to this location twice. Both times were awesome!!I think we found our new family spot.
