Oh For goodness sake for all the annoying people complaining about these stupid petty little things. I have a message for You: GET OVER IT!!!! It's Friendly's... not a five star restaurant that you would probably be too cheap to pay out for! You big complaining cheap skates! This place is ice cream! It's for. kids after ball games or a treat. Writing a review on this place is like writing a review on Burger King or McDonalds...it's stupid!!! The food is junky and I don't know any other place where you can feed a bunch of kids with top shelf ice cream included in their meals and not leave broke! This is one of the hardest waiter/waitressing job to have because the food is cheap, tips are small and the clientele is a bunch of low life cheap skates! Get over yourselves Please!!

This place was just okay. I'm honestly kind of disappointed in multiple things-- the fact that there was no air conditioning working (and it hasn't been fixed for the last couple of weeks), and also the fact that the dining room was closed save for ice cream. And yet, when we wanted to use the 50% off appetizers special that Friendly's always gives, we weren't able to because it was available for dine-in only. Needless to say, I do not planning on coming here again until they a) fix the air conditioning and b) open up the dining room.

We had a great experience today!! We had a large party and our waitress did a phenomenal job!! There was a power outage because of a storm and we had to wait for the computer system to reboot for about 30 minutes, but that wasn't anyone's fault. It happens. Our food and ice cream was great and everyone left happy.

It’s sad this is the nearest Friendly’s to my house. My server was not friendly at all, he seemed so mad to serve people he wasn’t even nice and never smiled. He needs to learn about customer service and should never been hired. I didn’t even bother get his name, since I’m never going back,Thanks for ruining Friendly’s, can’t even make a kids cone head sundae.

Nope. We waited few minutes before we got to order, then waited 25 minutes to get our order only to be so DISAPPOINTED when we got home. This is NOT what we ordered! The large sundaes did NOT have everything we asked for. My husband is allergic to nuts and his large sundae had walnuts, hard gummy bears and wrong flavor ice cream. Mine was also wrong flavors/toppings, so was my daughters order. So irresponsible on their part. Thank God I tasted my husband's "sundae" first. Never again!
