My boyfriend and I come to this Wendy’s all the time, and upon our first time actually going inside the establishment we were greeted with attitude and poor customer service. We won coupons from a NY Giants game for free cheeseburgers, and we wanted to use them. To begin, the manager, Alix, told us they were not able to be used due to “it needing to be signed.” The woman taking our order continuously walked away, leaving us unattended. We asked the manager if he could help with our order since she kept walking away, and he told us, “No, she’s helping you.” Eventually, the manager, Alix, allowed us to use the coupon because we explained our situation — but he was unnecessarily rude. Once we applied two more coupons, Alix came back over saying, “only one per customer.” It made no sense, the coupon had no specifics on limitations. He repeatedly stated this in a rude manor even after we placed our order, but eventually, again, allowed us to use it. I believe this is because we were right, and he was just making up policies. We ended up getting our food, my boyfriend making a comment to the manager, “I don’t understand why you have to give us attitude.” and again, he shooed us off, repeating a policy I can’t recall. On top of that, after placing our order, we were harassed by teens in line behind us in the building. The manager and cashier heard, doing nothing to prevent the harassment. The environment became so uncomfortable, leading another customer eating inside to walk out with us, commenting something about how ridiculous it all was. Directly after leaving the building, the same teens cornered and harassed me and my boyfriend. Threatening, cursing, and trying to prevent us from entering our vehicle. I find it extremely offensive the manager did nothing to prevent or interfere due to bias, as well as the manager was outright rude whilst we were ordering. I knew for a fact I would never be returning to this Wendy’s, especially getting home to find out that they were short on fries. As well as they collected FOUR of our coupons after they insisted we didn’t give them enough for the cheese burgers, only giving us two in the bag. I wish I could leave ZERO stars, as I was more than dissatisfied with the service and environment. I’m extremely disappointed, I thought that it would be a positive experience, as we were just trying to grab a meal.

I have always had good experiences at this Wendy’s but everytime there is a person named Joe working at the window I immediately consider leaving and have before just so I don’t have my day ruined when I see him there. Joe is so disrespectful in so many ways, the tone of his voice, rolling his eyes, his rude comments, messing up my orders, laughing at me, as someone who believes people that treat others like that, I will probably never go back after my experience with him today 100%.

I really like this place but PLEASE train your staff when customers use rewards from the Wendy’s app. I come here once every couple of weeks and every single time I use something from my Wendy’s app in the drive thru it takes the person about 90 seconds of failed scanning attempts, then a manager comes over and fixes it for them. Literally EVERY time.

I came here for a drive through to make a purchase and I was helped by Jake on saturday night at 8:50pm who was very disrespectful and rude rushing me to finish my order in seconds did not give me time to read menu and kept screaming at me and gave me a bad look once I came to receive my food will not be returning.

African American woman serving food at the drive-through tonight had a major attitude. Just stuck her hand out the window with my bag. Turned her head the other direction. No, hello, thank you, NOTHING. No eye contact, very, very rude! She needs to quit if she hates her job so much.

Great wendys location as long as it isn't lunch rush hour. It can get packed but still one of my favorite locations.
