Food's good but today was last time I step foot here, unfortunately. As a woman I don't tolerate any disrespect from anyone, esp an older man who should know better. Ordered online on a Saturday at noon. Get there to pick up and there's a line of about 5 people, no problem. There were 2 workers: a very nice young guy about in his 20s and a totally stressed out older man, balding/white hair, about 60. He kept stressing out while making sandwiches and muttering how "swamped" they were. 5 people isn't swamped but ok. Finally got to the counter and said I was picking up and I said my name. He snaps and goes "Yah ok well what did u order???" Annoyed immediately, I said the 3 sandwiches. He realized the online ordering slip behind him and said they didn't get to it"because we've been so swamped!" He was like angry. I said ok fine i'll wait. I was very pleasant by the way. As I'm waiting, in front of the other customers he YELLS AT ME that "YA KNOW, WE DON'T DO ONLINE ORDERS WHEN WE'RE SWAMPED!!!" Now I realize this guys a real maniac. The young guy was nice and was trying to deescalate. I yelled back that" how am I supposed to know youre swamped when i ordered FROM HOME?!" Like seriously, TURN OFF the ordering systems, or simply don't offer that service if you can't emotionally handle shit. He was trying to act nice after that but I was over his shit. Fire this guy before he destroys your business. You lost me thats for sure.

I would give this guy a zero star rating if this app would let me. He’s incredibly rude and not at all accommodating. The food is okay, but not anywhere near worth an interaction with this man. I went in an ordered a sandwich which was basically just a toasted Italian with a slight twist. He looked at me like I had 8 head and was rolling his eyes when I repeated the order for him. Then he told me he won’t make that sandwich cuz “we don’t fry the ham” (then how TF do you make breakfast sandwiches?!) I had to argue with him just to get a simple sandwich and he treated me like I asked him to build me a mosque out of elephant ivory. . . At the end of it all, he made the sandwich and it was okay, but I'm pretty sure he purposely made the other sandwich on the order completely wrong after that. Will not be returning and definitely do not recommend for anyone who has even a little bit of self respect or concern for what might end up in your food after this kind of encounter. Just go to Kens down the road and save yourself the trouble. ✌️

Overall great place. rather slow due to limited staff. Double check your coffee orders, every coffee I've ever gotten has had WAYYYY too much milk/cream. Excellent food though.

Absolutely the best deli in the area! For breakfast lunch AND dinner....
Mike outdid all expectations of our guests! We really enjoyed all the food he prepared for our party. The sandwiches were a huge hit. The eggplant was like grandma made. Plenty to go around too.
