This place was straight up bad and I would suggest you go to nearby Pho Way for a much better meal experience. The broth for the pho at Pho Time Bistro was clearly made from an instant pho broth packet that you could find at a grocery store; there was nothing original or authentic about it. They also couldn't even make that right because my broth tasted so watered down.
Next, I ordered pho with seafood and pork, but for some reason instead of getting pork, I got two pork wontons. In all of the Vietnamese restaurants I've been to, I've never seen wontons in pho. This was honestly shocking to me and wouldn't surprise me that they ran out of pork chops and opted for a cheap substitute like frozen pork wontons.
Lastly, the portions were a straight up rip-off. I was given less than a handful of noodles, a few pieces of seafood and two pork wontons.
This place is one of the worst Vietnamese restaurants I've ever been to. Again, do yourself a favor and go to Pho Way that is nearby and you'll get a much more authentic Vietnamese meal.

The Pho Times is second name of the restaurant. It is written in a posted placed on the front window. The restaurant appears by this name in food delivery as well. Upon entering the restaurant, I was not really elated by the interior. It seemed little bit old and messy but decent enough to dine-in.
The menu had all the popular dishes like banh mi, pho, vermicelli, broken rice dishes, and of course drinks like Thai iced tea. Of course I ordered the tea, it was pretty good, liked that it was on sweeter side. I ordered the lemongrass chicken on salad (57). I was absolutely blown away by how good the dish was. They gave two giant pieces of chicken, with perfectly grilled golden skin and moist soft meat in the middle. The salad, mix of cucumber, carrot, radish and tomato, was so good with the fish sauce.
Even though I was bummed out by the dining space, I loved the food so much, I could ignore those short comings. The service was fine, our orders were taken on time, and the dishes were served within few minutes. I’d totally order take out from this restaurant if I am nearby in the future.

Bing Duong II is a good Vietnamese restaurant. Flavors are strong. Meat is tender. Love the spring rolls with dipping sauce. Ingredients are fresh.
Service is good. Food came out at the reasonable time. Hot and delicious.
Many tables and seats for dining in. I just feel the light was deemed. Bathroom is clean. Overall a good spot for Vietnamese food!
