Love this place and order from here frequently. Their pho broth hits the spot, savory enough without being overwhelming, and for the Bánh Hỏi Thịt Heo Nướng they give you a pretty great amount of meat.
The Pho Times is second name of the restaurant. It is written in a posted placed on the front window. The restaurant appears by this name in food delivery as well. Upon entering the restaurant, I was not really elated by the interior. It seemed little bit old and messy but decent enough to dine-in.

Bing Duong II is a good Vietnamese restaurant. Flavors are strong. Meat is tender. Love the spring rolls with dipping sauce. Ingredients are fresh.
Service is good. Food came out at the reasonable time. Hot and delicious.
