We decided to try this place on a whim, and I’m so glad we did! It’s a no-frills, hole-in-the-wall spot that serves absolutely delicious food. We ordered the Beef Pho with extra meatballs, the Chicken Pho, and the beef rolls with ginger—everything tasted incredibly fresh and expertly made. This hidden gem was a delightful surprise, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
No frills place run by true Vietnamese. Also it’s Binh Duong II not pho time bistro. Happy to hear annoyingly loud Vietnamese spoken in the kitchen. Don’t come here for the atmosphere come here for the pho! the pho broth taste as authentic as the pho I am used to in Houston and I don’t say that lightheartedly. It’s not that richness you don’t see at most places in the east coast. You can see it in the broth even. Amount was just right, it is a bit pricier but...
I tried pho for the first time with a friend. It was absolutely delicious and I would absolutely come back again and again. The service is fast and the staff are sweet. I would 100% recommend.
