It's Burger King so I mean yeah, you know what to expect. 🍔👑 I went to the drive thru so I can't speak to the cleanliness of the inside or anything, but the reason I'm giving four stars is because the server was extremely friendly. Fast food work must be exhausting and pretty thankless. But this lady was a star 🌟

Garbage! Went through the drive through placed my order but could not hear the employee on intercom. I said hello like 10 times no response. I figured it’s not working let me pull up! Well the employee was so nasty and rude! She gave the rudest attitude. I told her the speaker wasn’t working. She said yes it is! lol was she in the car listening to the speaker lol? What a clown! I ended up leaving. Sometimes you wonder why food chains close! I can tell you one thing for sure service and employees are definitely some factors! BK your nasty employees are driving your business to the ground!

It was me and my wife. We always stop there for food whenever we make trip to new york. Today we needed a hot cup of water for our little baby so we can make his formula. That girl at counter charged us $ 2.50 for small hot cup of water. When I asked that her how is that possible you guys can charge 2.50 for just a small cup of hot water. Are you guys for real? Like you guys does not have any humanity left. You guy’s was justified this by saying it is a charge of just a cup. Not for what inside the cup really??. Other lady was like i got it. She said it supposed to be medium not small. Are you guys doesn’t have any shame. No regret at all. Looking at us like you guys don’t care. I want answer from the corporation how you people can justify this.
Whenever my family and I want BK for dinner, this is our go to location. I always make sure to order ahead and 9 times out of 10 our order is already prepared and ready for me to pick it up. The staff in there is attentive and professional. The food is hot and fresh which is always a plus. More often than not there's plenty of parking spots in the lot and seats inside the restaurant itself.
