I ordered some Parmesan bread bites for some children and now they are sick, they believe it was food poisoning. They are fainting and throwing up. How can I report this also I will be notifying the police

I do not recommend this store, I had a problem with my drink, they charged me and did not bring it, and they do not answer the phone! Do not buy! They do not care about the customer!

To the Domino’s Hillside Management Team,
I recently visited your Hillside location to place an order in-store but was informed that the online offers I was interested in were not available in the store. I was advised to place the order online instead. While sitting in my car, I attempted to do so but encountered a payment error—even though my bank had already authorized the payment and the funds were withdrawn.
I went back into the store to address the issue and spoke with Rowan, who I was told is the manager. Unfortunately, Rowan was extremely dismissive and provided no real assistance. After briefly checking the system, she quickly told me there was no order and said I would need to call corporate. When I asked if she could assist by making the call since I was already in the store, she refused and told me to look up the number myself online.
What frustrated me most was not just the inconvenience, but Rowan’s complete lack of customer service and empathy. I showed her the error message and proof that the payment was approved and withdrawn from my account, yet she showed no concern, urgency, or willingness to help resolve the issue.
Due to this poor experience, I no longer feel comfortable doing business at this location. I strongly recommend additional training for the staff, particularly for Rowan, as this is not the level of service customers should expect from Domino’s.
Thank you for taking this feedback seriously. I hope steps are taken to improve the customer experience at this store.

Needs to be more professional and better quality of foods. Everything was unsatisfactory but the pizza was ok. Manager offered to replace food, which was nice, but not needed I rather better treatment for future customers. I gave him an ear full and he wasn’t offended he handle call professionally.

Close at 11 doesn’t close at 12 if you go after 11 the door is locked.
the driver was super rude, my husband didn't even take 1 minute to leave the house and he stopped on the other side of the street, didn't get out of the car and made my husband go there to get the order, the driver Ashfaq terrible

The people genuinely suck… they don’t care if you order something they will always forget and have to go back of my way to grab something so simple and sauces that aren’t free

I don't know if it's just this establishment or all of them, but I just bought 2 pizzas, an order of wings, and some cinnamon sticks, and the woman who charged me started making my order, handling the ingredients with her hands, without washing them or wearing gloves, like the other assistants. The one who was making the dough was scratching his arms and continuing to do so in the dough, it disgusted me. They don't follow good hygiene practices, no gloves, no hairnets...

Get your driver, Church. Yelling at me because HE ignored my note about the street and phone call in regard to assisting and making the delivery smoother.
Then to not have $8 in change and telling ME to find something smaller because he didn’t go and grab it from the car. Your boy got yelled right back at because I was trying to be nice but he kept talking crazy, telling me to “just grab it” like I’m his child. He then got mad cause his goofy self put a paper receipt on a windy car and it… guess what?? blew away.
Absolutely ridiculous how rude he was cause he refuses to read a note.
