The gentleman working the window on the weekend was extremely rude to me after i pulled to the window becadiw he was having difficulty hraring me. This used to be the best dunkin donuts in the area, but due to his rudeness I will never be back. I think the owners should.make sure their rude employees are not ruining their business.

One of the worse customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. The man that took my order and made my coffee was extremely rude and refused to fix my coffee order when I asked politely even after the order was made incorrectly. 0/10 recommendation.

I usually stop at this location bc it's on my way to work .. never again ..and I wish I saw these reviews before going here ... wait for it ... ANTS ..YES ANTS ? IN MY MUNCHKINS. I'm so grossed out .. let me tell u , I own a food deli , u can eat off the floor in my business.. that's how clean it is . ANTS in the food means this place isn't being cleaned up to code . Also being that many others say food is stale means they leave it out in open for bugs and probably worse mice !! Picture what we aren't seeing in this place.. disgusting period

Worst dunkin donuts ever. I’m convinced you could open one next door and this one would go out of business. Donuts are so stale. They don’t follow the coffee recipes because I literally had to go home and add coffee to the coffee. It was all milk. Waste of money, time and patience. How does this Dunkin not have pancake wraps when I bought one yesterday out in Union,NJ The cashier telling us they were discontinued. Somebody needs to make up there mind in these restaurants

I ordered an original iced coffee using the app and when I received it, it was way too much cream and sugar in it. I went around the drive thru again to explain it was too much cream and sugar and the employee gets aggressive with me and tells me that’s how I ordered it. Trying to remain calm, I explained when I order it through the app it automatically selects how much sugar/cream so I left it alone (thinking that is the usual amounts of sugar/cream they put in all drinks). He continues to argue with me and I show him on my app that it selected the amount. He tells me that “he will not make a new drink” instead he just adds a shot of coffee on top. I just don’t appreciate being talked to the way he did. I never raised my voice nor talked down to him so I’m confused as to why he felt the need to do that to me all over a $2 iced coffee. I ended up just throwing it out and will never go back to this location.
