Let me tell why I love this place and the staff. Yesterday on my way to work, I pulled up to drive-thru, ordered coffee and croissant, then when I got to window I realized I forgot my wallet at home. These two guys don't even know me, and they gave me my coffee and food and said no problem. Bring the money tomorrow. Not every place would do that. They now have a customer for life.

The gentleman working the window on the weekend was extremely rude to me after i pulled to the window becadiw he was having difficulty hraring me. This used to be the best dunkin donuts in the area, but due to his rudeness I will never be back. I think the owners should.make sure their rude employees are not ruining their business.
