How does this Dunkin not have pancake wraps when I bought one yesterday out in Union,NJ The cashier telling us they were discontinued. Somebody needs to make up there mind in these restaurants

I ordered an original iced coffee using the app and when I received it, it was way too much cream and sugar in it. I went around the drive thru again to explain it was too much cream and sugar and the employee gets aggressive with me and tells me that’s how I ordered it. Trying to remain calm, I explained when I order it through the app it automatically selects how much sugar/cream so I left it alone (thinking that is the usual amounts of sugar/cream they put in all drinks). He continues to argue with me and I show him on my app that it selected the amount. He tells me that “he will not make a new drink” instead he just adds a shot of coffee on top. I just don’t appreciate being talked to the way he did. I never raised my voice nor talked down to him so I’m confused as to why he felt the need to do that to me all over a $2 iced coffee. I ended up just throwing it out and will never go back to this location.

The bagels are old and stale. The coffee is burnt. The same person on the window is clueless to everything he is doing. This is the worst dunkin you could go to. Stay far away.

Honestly, it's one of the worst Dunkin donuts I've been to. It's a convenient location on my way to work, but that's it. The food tastes old. The coffee tastes burnt and old. They always get the wrong thing no matter how many times you repeat it. They are rude and extremely slow. You have to wait in the order window forever. They never want to honor the DD app rewards. It looks dirty inside.

The absolute worst location I’ve ever been to. Food was SPOILED. I ordered two chorizo wraps, two drinks and munchkins for the kids. The chorizo wraps were horrible, spoiled, sour and smelled like fish! The drinks were inconsistent and more water than flavor. The kids even complained about their stomachs after eating the munchkins. A waste of $30. I don’t recommend. Their food isn’t fresh. Stay away.

There was no leadership what so ever available, no supervisor or manager.I made a large order so when I attempted to re-state the order for accuracy the worker rudely stated “I got it” however refused to restate my order. I began to say no I will repeat it and she laughed and stated “no, that’s what you ordered”. I asked her to repeat my order & she went silent and refused to speak any further. I went to the window and asked to speak to the manager or supervisor. I was told there was none. I asked for her name and she refused to provide it. She gave me her manager’s name.On top of her rude and unprofessional behavior and terrible customer service she was unsanitary & not safe. She did not have on not one piece of Dunkin Donuts uniform or handled anything with gloves.After my experience I looked up the Google reviews & noticed this is a pattern for this location. They are rude, unprofessional and unsanitary. This is definitely not up to par with Dunkin Donuts standards.The way I was treated and the way this worker laughing it appears that nothing happens to change customers concerns or complaints.

I pass this DD every day on my way to work. I have always wondered why it is never full. I soon realized why.I ordered a sesame seed bagel with butter and a large iced caramel coffee. It was nasty. The bagel tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. It appeared toasted, but it was very soft and soggy. The coffee was not fresh. It had an odd taste and tasted old.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I made a late night uber eats order and everything I ordered was messed up. When I called to point out to staff that they messed my order up, the lady on the phone began to raise her voice at me when all I did was call to see if they can fix the problem or make a resolution. The lady was slurring her words and was completely incoherent! She didn't even understand what I was saying. Such a waste of time and so disappointed.
