Got handed an open cup of coffee in this drive through this morning and burned the shit out of my legs, while completely ruining the inside of my car. Proceeded to get blamed for it like I wanted to start my Monday morning with burns all over my legs. Will be contacting corporate for the serious lack of professionalism.

The service seems to depend on the shift as it varies from below average to top tier. Employees are either personable or socially avoidant. Also DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT/CHARGE CARD as tips and charges not made can appear on your card. ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT because they seem to hire grifters. Questionable service can be tolerated to a certain extent based on time of day and size of establishment. Items missing from orders or wrong items altogether. Ripping customers off is inexcusable. Overall, its disappointing to see another once solid establishment tainted by inadequate management and lack of supervision.

On 4/4/2024 the guy operating the drive through has no manners. was holding onto my change and after I reached out for it he beg me to keep the change. And the coffee that I got from there tastes really horrible. Need a better system and management.
