Bagel and cooked food tasted like chemicals, a common problem for dunkin (just google it) totally disgusting and inedible, I’d go back to get my money refunded but too far. This location is mainly for vehicles, only one small table and two chairs.

When I’m in Hillside, I most definitely stop at Dunkin. This one is my favorite one very clean. The bread is always fresh as well as the donuts Coffee on point staff always have a smile happy customer keep up the good work

Can't even get an order right. Asked for no cheese on my sourdough, and guess what, they added cheese. I am lactose intolerant. It even says no cheese on the order page. Ridiculous

I ordered my drink 30 min ahead at 3:06am. Got here to an empty drive thru at 3:40am and my drink still wasn’t done. The guy asking me what my drink was and as I told him it just sounded like he was going to make it off the top of his head but I paid for extra add ons so I asked him to look for the order.like he wasn’t at the front at all in those 30 min.i only live 5 minutes away and come here frequently so I gave them grace having been here before at the same time. But 30min?? I really don’t understand what happens at this time for my drink to still not be done a half an hour later and still waiting at 3:50 so almost an hour before I get my drink and he gave me a the wrong drink. I’m just taking the loss lol I have receipts and pictures I’m just too irritated

The Spanish lady in the front needs to be gone. She loves to argue back & fourth instead of giving you what you want . This isn't my first time coming.

They are horrible for real the lady is rude messy waste the coffee all over my car 1-13-2025 Month ago they gave me a busted cup and gave me burns all over my leg and thighs nobody still hasn’t contacted me yet and ask do I need help paying my medical bills
