I saw the drive thru line was very long, so I went inside and ordered. The inside was much less busy. albeit, I did order something easy (McNuggets and fries) but I got the food very quickly (maybe 5 minutes max?) despite the long line in drive thru they had to deal with as well! The food was the quality you expect from McDonald’s. I would wish the fries to be less hard as the ones that were given to me.

I generally come here for breakfast between 5-6am. I don’t ever have a problem in the drive thru, my food is always ready quickly, and it’s fresh. This is a great McDonalds experience for me in the morning.
Parking: You have to know how to get in and out, as it’s tight on the side of the road. The parking lot is kind of small so depending on the time of day, I’d imagine it can get cramped.

Employees at this particular McDonald's (Rt 22 hillside NJ) is unbelievably rude.
The Spanish gentleman that's the manager is also unbelievably rude. Customers will be standing at the registers several minutes unattended due to the fact that there's no one at the registers because the cashiers are also making food and bagging orders even though there are customers waiting to make orders and delivery drivers waiting to confirm orders. If you are a delivery driver you will be made to stand at the pickup area with not even so much as a "give me one moment please, will be right with you". As a delivery driver (UberEats/Doordash) I've had to cancel many orders because of this....
There have been several times that I've ordered sandwiches either without certain toppings or with certain toppings(that you have to pay for) and I don't receive them. I've also received burnt food or just plain dried out food several times.
Also because I have so much time to stand at the register while waiting for the cashier to serve me I noticed several ROACHES crawling around the floor in the kitchen. And flys!
I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALD'S.

i came here 9/30 at 9:14 and we got breakfast my boyfriend got a h - c but there was mostly ice so he came inside car to put more juice but they stopped him and said he’d have to pay for a different drink and even turned off all the soda machines. if you can’t even do your job properly don’t stop us from correcting your mistake. i’m sure you have more issues than stopping a black man from fixing the drink he payed for.
drive thru is too backed up that it causes traffic on the local roads side as well as onto the highway. dangerous , needs to be fixed, food is cold and also has odd slime on it.

I usally come here often and the food is usally good but today I came here to order the $5 dollar meal deal and everything was great accept for the fries which is the best part!! The fries taste as if they have been sitting out all day and refried.The fries were kinda hard and just not tasty, it just didn’t taste like McDonald’s fries
