Rude customer service. My husband and I went to this McDonald’s at around 10:45pm because the website said it is open 24 hours. It was Christmas Eve. We waited at the order speaker for about 15 minutes and when the employee came on, he said they were closed. I asked him why he had us waiting so long before taking our order and he just said “it’s Christmas what do you mean?” There was a car right in front of us that had their order taken in 2 minutes and when I mentioned it, he said he didn’t hear me and hung up. All he had to do was politely say “we’re sorry we had to close early today because of the holiday.” Instead he was laughing/mocking me.

The set up of the drive thru is ridiculous and causes dangerous traffic.
Rat problem really bad food synthetic bread and no real ingredients your eating rats and crazy harmful chemicals even for fast food this place is really poor customer service and has the worst rat problem in history

I saw the drive thru line was very long, so I went inside and ordered. The inside was much less busy. albeit, I did order something easy (McNuggets and fries) but I got the food very quickly (maybe 5 minutes max?) despite the long line in drive thru they had to deal with as well! The food was the quality you expect from McDonald’s. I would wish the fries to be less hard as the ones that were given to me.

I generally come here for breakfast between 5-6am. I don’t ever have a problem in the drive thru, my food is always ready quickly, and it’s fresh. This is a great McDonalds experience for me in the morning.
Parking: You have to know how to get in and out, as it’s tight on the side of the road. The parking lot is kind of small so depending on the time of day, I’d imagine it can get cramped.
