My first time here for never again. Weird place, it smelled like stuff was stored for a long time, mildew idk. The coxinha was with a crushed/grinded chicken not the real chicken strings from pulled process, and it was a fake yellow like they add some artificial color, worse coxinha I've had. I also bought feijoada, brigadeiro and beijinho. The feijoada had maybe 2 cups of rice included and mostly beans and bones. No taste really, no salt, no meat, awful. The brigadeiro was not made with condensed milk, it tasted cakey so did the beijinho.

Absolutely disappointed with my experience. We ordered a $40 cake that was supposed to feed 8 people, but it was extremely small and did not taste fresh at all. There was no filling, and it was basically all frosting with very little actual cake.
On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The girls behind the counter were unprofessional, rude, and clearly not trained. They assumed I didn’t understand them and kept calling me names in Portuguese. Completely unacceptable.
I will never be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that respects their customers and serves quality products.

We order here all the time , we never got a receipt. This time we got a receipt and noticed “ gratuity charge “ . Pricing never matched other times but didn’t think too deep about it . We did not eat in , we ordered to go . The person who rings up our order takes our card giving no knowledge they charge their own tip for ordering out . Weird , we don’t sit down , get served or anything it’s just not common . They need this to be checked .

Unfortunately I have tried this place multiple times for baked treats and each time the treats haven't tasted well and were stale. They do sell really good bread and have other items but the sweet treats like cupcakes and others havent been good at all.

Dishonest business practices. Just like others have mentioned, this place sneakily adds gratuity to your bill without ever telling you. I thought I was doing the right thing by leaving a tip—only to realize I had already been charged one without my knowledge. My order was already overpriced, and this hidden charge made it worse. No clear disclosure, no explanation, just deception. I won’t be shopping here again, and I highly recommend others check their itemized receipts carefully. This place is not trustworthy.
I love this place, the food is delicious and the people who work there are awesome. My favorite is Angela. She's always happy and welcoming. I feel at home.
