Terrible, there is a girl with blue eyes, a brunette, who is apparently nice but will bring you as if she were giving you food. Today I went for an ice tea, it was very sweet, I told him to add ice but it still didn't stop being sweet, I told him to give me the other soda that he had pending and I gave him back the ice tea, that is, so that he could throw it away well. He had another soda pending and he said that I hadn't drunk all the ice tea....by God I think it's this country there's no need to be so miserable as to bargain for an ice tea, at Macdonald Wedny etc you pay one and you drink the whatever you wish for God's sake. I don't give it zero stars because there aren't any.

The workers at the Popeyes in Hillside are ALWAYS friendly, patient, and will give ideas on best options for orders. The food orders are correct, and the sides too. They smile soo much it just makes your day. Top notch service and food.

Definitely NOT fast food!Placed my order at 4:06pm (printed right on the receipt) and didn’t receive my food until 4:41pm.It took them 35 minutes to pull together a simple order of chicken tenders and fries.Customers who ordered their food after us received their food before us.BUT WAIT, it gets better!!!So after waiting 35 minutes for “fast” food, THEY MESSED UP THE ORDER and gave us spicy tenders! Instead of being apologetic when I pointed out their error, they acted annoyed.I then had to wait almost 10 minutes for the correct plain chicken tenders…while the rest of my food got cold.BUT SADLY IT DOES NOT END THERE….When I returned home and looked over my receipt, I noticed that they had charged me for 3 dipping sauces for the chicken tenders… however while I was at the store and I had asked for dipping sauces (since they had not given me any at all) I was told I would have to pay for them. So this means that I WAS BILLED FOR ITEMS THAT I NEVER RECEIVED!!!Definitely NOT a place to go to on your lunch break, unless you’re willing to spend 45 minutes of your lunch break just WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER!Don’t get me wrong, the food was freshly prepared, but for a 45 minute wait you’d think that they still had not yet plucked the chickens!!! LOL!!!
