I've added a video to show how much I've actually spent on subway sandwiches this year so whoever is reading this can see that with all those purchases this is my first bad review.. The woman in the video asked me what kind of sandwich I want I started explaining that I would like herb and cheese bread toasted with shredded cheese, she cut me off before I can finish and said what kind of meat, I told her if she'd let me finish it can explain how i want my sandwich. I explained that after the bread and cheese comes out the oven I would like her to put mayo on both sides then the tuna. When the bread came out the oven she tried to put the tuna first and thats when I got very annoyed because I explained VERY CLEARLY how I wanted my sandwich made (mayo before tuna) I told her if she wasn't busy trying to cut me off while I am talking she would have heard my instructions clearly and followed them correctly. The she got an attitude with me. Bottom line is fast food employees shouldn't cut customers off while they are trying to talk. In this case it lead to her not being able to follow the simple instructions I gave her. The same instructions I gave to EVERY OTHER SUBWAY LOCATION you seen in the list that I added.

Worst Subway I have ever been. They also have bugs where they put their cookies. So disgusting. The manager is very rude and couldn’t help me with my problem. Also he didn’t know his corporate phone number or his manager info. The store manager needs to be changed there.

Ordered on the app and went to pick it up after it said it was ready, just for the door to be locked, then an employee who was just on his phone standing at the counter the whole time came out and stated that they weren’t taking orders?! All apps said the store was open and for business, I ordered my sandwich but as soon as I got there (walking distance wasn’t far) he said they weren’t “taking” orders. Scammed me out my 20 dollars and wasn’t able to get a refund.

I went in at 8:30 and they told me they only had cold sandwiches available, they had closed the oven already which was very upsetting because online they close at 9PM! I understand you want to go home but that’s not how it works, if you close at 9 then close at 9 NOT 8:30
I walked in to get my usual sandwich and at the end of my order I asked for “ HOT SAUCE” to be put on my sandwich as the last topping the woman working proceeded to put this spicy orange sauce which I’m allergic to I politely told her that was not right sauce and asked if she can make my order over because again I am allergic to the orange sauce she put on my sandwich she then proceeded to tell me that it would be a waste of food to make my order over and began to scrape off the orange sauce with a knife off of my sandwich instead of making a fresh new one after I stated I was allergic then she also said I should’ve said “ buffalo sauce “ with an attitude I decided not to get any sandwich and left the store I was dissatisfied and disgusted with the service I received today it was very rude that I couldn’t get a fresh new sandwich after the associate made a mistake and put the wrong sauce on my order which I’m allergic to very lazy in my opinion and also wrong lastly no managers were on shift to help with the situation which I found to be very odd

Employees lied about what time the store was closing so that I couldn’t take my order and when asked, they said that they closed at nine but when I arrived they said it was already closed at 8:42 and when I called on the phone, they told me that I could come in (because I threatened to report them )and take a order but when I came back, they said that they were closed and needed to leave the store by 9 o’clock

First, I didn’t appreciate the position of the new refrigerator. Regardless if the refrigerator door is open or closed, it is blocking customer’s view of preparation. I would like to see the staff, when they are handling my food. Even when I stepped to the side, I still couldn’t see anything they were doing until it was time to place the sandwich in the oven. LOSE THE REFRIGERATOR THAT’S BLOCKING THE BAD AND SPOILED MEATS.
Secondly, I got all the way home to reveal a dry, old meatball sandwich. I wonder how long they recycled these meatballs before they hit my sandwich. Just Disgusting..Thank God, I didn’t just bite into the sandwich. This was a total inconvenience, waste of my time and my gas, driving back to the Hillside location for a refund.
Totally dissatisfied customer. I placed an online order to take advantage of the FLBOGO deal, now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a full refund. I was forced to drive to the East Orange location for the same deal. There was no acknowledgement or accommodation just wait for a refund.
Below you will see pictures of the old, dead, Halloween meatballs that rose from the grave and hopped on my bread. I wouldn’t give that sandwich to a stray dog. I hope my experience prompts the health department to step inside and shut it down. Clearly they don’t care about their customers..

I was quite disappointed with my visit.The staff were unfriendly and unapproachable, often walking around the dining area with headphones on.The tuna I ordered had a peculiar taste, raising concerns about the freshness of the ingredients. Additionally, I wasn't allowed to view the meat fillings, as they were kept hidden from customers. To top it off, I was not permitted to refill my coke. This experience left much to be desired.
