First and foremost, this place and all of the Subways are trash, in that, the sandwiches look nothing like the commercials. Please stop blowing Subway up to be something spectacular. I literally just left this place in particular and they act as if they don't want to give you the food. Like they take the leftovers home. I was just made a piss poor Tuna footlong. 4 baby scoops spread out on a roll. False advertisement at it's finest. Stop supporting Subway!!! Big Ole Scam!!!!!

I received coupons in the mail. Goes there to use my coupon place my order and was told we Don accept coupon. On the coupon doesn’t say Hillside New Jersey doesn’t accept coupons. I want a explanation on why are they send coupons to people. On saving and they don’t accept. That’s why there stored don’t have people in it. Turning people around with coupons. Have celebrities doing commercials for them to get business and turning us away. I am ver unhappy about this situation.

I went to lunch take out according to the window in the sign, they sell fresh cut meat. The meat was not fresh cut. You can see that it’s wasn’t. I ordered salami cheese, lettuce, tomato oil vinegar mayo, the bread was not fresh.

Walk in today at 4pm to get a sandwich. I waited for 5 minutes to get service, than I was told I would have to wait 1 hour. This is makes no sense. The lady told me to come back in a hour with no explanation.

My tuna sub is horrible something tastes spoiled and I can't find the tuna and I paid extra for avocados that are not on my sandwich I have 2 pickle slices I can't find the cheese I ordered for delivery so maybe that is why they sent this garbage...I ordered a orange juice they didn't have it...they didn't have a coke either...in my Pj I am going to the store in person with the sandwich after I paid for delivery and a tip

I normally go to subway for a chopped salad because that's what they're known for... Well this particular one doesn't chop it and they were very skimpy on everything from the lettuce on down... For a big salad they give you 1 dressing... I will never patronize this place because of the quantity of the food not the customer service... She was very kind and patient

If I could give zero stars I would... I ordered on their app. I have a limited time for lunch so I ordered an hour in advance. They called me a few minutes before my sandwich was supposed to be ready. The person on the phone could barely speak/understand English. She said they were out of the steak that I ordered. So I asked her to cancel the order and refund my money. They said no we can't do that, pick another meat. I went there and asked if I choose a different meat for a lower price, will they refund the difference? They said no. They tried to call their boss (not at my request but they just didn't have an answer for me) but he did not answer. So I chose a different meat and got charged more than it was worth, it was supposed to be a 6" sub and it was not less than 5" and I paid more than TWELVE DOLLARS including tip! Add to that that they had not put ice in the soda machine yet (at noon,) which cost me even more time.

horrible they are so petty with the meat talking about they will cost extra the other subway i went to they don’t cost extra. They made me wait at least 10 minutes to take my order. they are so rude and unprofessional

I’m so disappointed with this location. I brought 2 salad online and none of my salads had lettuce. That’s a part of the salad how can you forget the main ingredients. I was only offer the lettuce and not 2 new salads now what I want with just lettuce ? Crew needs to pay attention to the details
