Food is great but the front order counter is slow. I saw atleast 40 cars order though the drive thru and got their food before me. I've been here for almost 25 minutes!

First of all, the chicken is thick and chewy! And they asked me what sauce, I told them what I liked and they didn’t even give me one at ALL!!!!!!!!! The food is cold how can you you mess up heating food that you don’t even really have to cook??? The service isn’t bad all the time but on the nice day of Wednesday, February 26, 2025, the service and food did me in! VERY DISAPPOINTED because I like this location but they did me bad this time, smh!!!

This is HANDS DOWN legit the best Wendy's I've been to! Not only do I live 30min away (more or less), I also live a walking distance of less than 5min from another Wendy's & I will only go to this one! I honestly would've called it fluke, but every time I go there the burgers are made & put together PERFECTLY, fries are always crisp, never burned & I may be pushing it but even the drinks taste better!
Whatever you guys are doing here Please PlEaSe PLEASE don't change it!

How hard is it to apply the cheese and chili to a potato? How hard is it to put 2 sauces (6 pc) for the nuggets? How hard is it to keep food hot? Apparently hard because there’s always a problem with my orders. GET IT RIGHT!
Took them about 20 minutes to serve 2 cheeseburgers & fries for an online order I placed 10 minutes prior. So a total of 30 minutes wait time for fast food.......
