How am I gonna order my food online and pick it up 10 mins after you’re gonna tell me it’s finished because it doesn’t register until you get there..? I hate the point of online ordering then? Why also tell me to request a refund in the app knowing that cannot even be done? Like you tried to play in my face..? Also why you gonna ask me what I want? Like I’m my order? No money back and food too forever to “make over” so I left. This is very saddening

Soggy Fries and Inconsistent, Petty Charges.
My recent visit to this Wendy's location was extremely disappointing and frustrating due to multiple failures in both food quality and customer service.First, the food quality was unacceptable. My order of fries was completely soggy and lukewarm, a clear sign they had been sitting out for too long. They were barely edible.Second, the staff failed to accurately complete the order the first time. The entire order was handed to me, but the small fries were missing, and I had to point out the omission and wait for them to be prepared, wasting additional time.Finally, the most frustrating incident was the blatant inconsistency and petty nature of the service at the counter. When I requested a second small cup of nugget sauce, the cashier insisted I had to pay an extra $0.50 for it. Yet, my friend, who ordered immediately behind me, was provided with two sauces without any charge or issue whatsoever. This demonstrates a complete lack of consistent policy and left a truly poor impression. If you can't get the quality right and charge extra for basic condiments when others get them free, there's a serious problem.Will not be returning to this location.

I always come to this Wendy’s in Hillside. However today was a horrible experience for me. Not only is the manager disrespectful but she does not know how to talk to customers. After placing my order I asked her if she could tell me my total and her response was “ I’m doing something right now … I can’t tell you your total.” I’m not sure if she was having a bad day that day but there was no need for that attitude. When coming to a restaurant or place in general you’re supposed to treat your customers good not give attitude. Learn how to take care of your customers. I work at a fast food company as well and where I work we never treat our customers badly. Or give any attitudes. Our customers is our top priority. That is how you make business. You treat them well so that way they’ll come back.

I went through the drive through on Saturday. My granddaughter and great-grand wanted food. The speaker is so lousy I could not hear any the person said. With background noise from the traffic and other people it was difficult to hear him read the order back

I ordered a chicken sandwich through the drive through, it was inedible. I absolutely love their chicken sandwich but this sandwich was horrible, it was chewy and tough. The 2 bites I took I had to spit out. I had to throw the entire sandwich away.

It appears that the burgers have shrunk over the years or they are extra small at this location. I bought the big bacon classic and it looked like a burger that belongs in a kids meal. Also the entire building was out of Coca Cola. Yes world’s most popular drink was not available.

They consistently get the order wrong and employees are extremely slow both mentally and physically.
