Horrible attitude of the manager. Very disrespectful, she shouldn’t work as a customer service person. She doesn’t have manners. I asked her for my order for uber eats and she had disrespectful attitude with me. Then she was threading me with reporting me with uber eats because I asked her to talk to me respectfully and then she said she shouldn’t treat me with respect because I was not a “customer”. Terrible experience (she is the one who takes orders) the kitchen ladies are very nice.

I had an amazing visit at Wingstop today. The cashier Sebastian was very polite and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You could tell he cared about providing great service. The manager also came by to check on guests and keep everything running smoothly, which really showed strong leadership. The food came out fresh, the place was spotless, and the whole team worked efficiently. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while! 🙃🙃

The food,service and price is good. I was just surprised to see no one in the kitchen wearing gloves. They grabbed everything bare handed. I wonder if its not mandatory to use gloves when handling poultry.

I used to order here every week (big back) and it used to hit the spot but lately the wings haven’t tasted the same… the service is always good you make the order go in give your name easy peasy.. the atmosphere is okay it’s small so it isn’t a palace.. I’d just say please get the wings back to what they use to be!!!
