They didn’t let us to try any of yogurt and they were rude about when we asked ‘can we have samples’. They mean the stuff member that was working on monday. I went there several times and I've never seen this kinda attitude before. We were loyal customers for a while but I don’t think I’ll go to this 16 handles location never ever!!!

This place is DISGUSTING and should be closed down!!!! They don’t do samples either, not that you’d want to try anything. Health code violations everywhere! Not clean (machines, counters, seating area), machines don’t work/pump out pure liquid, the guy attending the counter was rude. Plus extremely pricey. I spent almost $12 in a cup not even remotely full. PLUS, my friend and I both had stomach attacks in the middle of the night after eating it. That is insane!!!! Do not come here!

Highway robbery and absolutely disgusting. Seven dollars for a small cup of frozen yogurt. Frozen yogurt is supposed to be creamy. This was icee slush. The toppings area was dirty as well and sticky dirty floors. Save your money and go to 16 handles in the city or any Red Mango.
