Overpriced but good. Great topping selection.
Good I like it..
Apparently open until 10:30pm…..9pm and not open… disappointed
Best but expensive
Great vibes, delicious treats and friendly staff
Place is unsanitary. Got sick eating here. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. Definitely on a busy day. Lack of customer service skills.
Really liked the yogurt flavor selection and loved my creation. I got tahini vanilla and salted carmel with cheesecake pieces and strawberries and it was SOOO GOOD.
Our price was $15 for 2 people which is competitive for the area.
The topping options could’ve been better.
As someone with a peanut allergy I would’ve appreciated some separation of allergenic ingredients with the rest. Maybe this is why I didn’t like the topping options- because I wont select anything near a peanut.
Responding to some other negative reviews I saw: They also gave us a spoon and let us sample as many as we wanted; I didn’t notice the place being messy, I was there on a Saturday afternoon; The yogurt was a little watery but I didn’t mind; The workers were helpful and even gave us a free bottled water from the back when we asked if they had tap water. ; all of the yogurt machines were open and functional
I stopped by 16 Handles in Hoboken and was really impressed. The variety of flavors—especially the oat milk options—was a big plus for someone who’s dairy-free. Everything tasted fresh, and the toppings bar was super clean and well-stocked. The staff were friendly and patient while I sampled a few flavors. Best part? Enjoying my froyo while looking out at the Manhattan skyline.
The place is pretty unorganized and messy.
“Absolutely love this place! The froyo is always fresh, the toppings are generous, and the staff is super friendly. It’s my go-to spot for a sweet treat!”

I really loved this place, the staff was a little bit rude but the frozen yogurt was delicious
The yogurt was watery and had little pieces of ice in it. Also, almost half the flavors were unavailable and the place was not clean and messy. When I was at the register, the worker didn’t tell us when to pay and how much we needed to pay. The guy working there was talking to someone on his earbuds and didn’t talk to us.
Absolutely terrible experience. I came in genuinely excited, thinking this would be a great little spot to check out. The second I walked in, that excitement vanished. The worker didn’t say a single word—not a greeting, not a “how can I help you,” nothing. I walked through the entire store clearly looking around, hoping to ask questions, but was completely ignored.
Then, a man came in just a couple minutes after us. The worker didn’t greet him either, but the moment the guy flashed his phone, the worker jumped up to make his order—still no acknowledgment to me or my family. On top of that, I watched the worker drop a lid on the floor, wipe it on his pants, and put it back on the counter like it was okay to use. Absolutely disgusting.
We ended up walking out. I’m sad to say it, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Signed: 16 Handles needs 2 GO
They didn’t let us to try any of yogurt and they were rude about when we asked ‘can we have samples’. They mean the stuff member that was working on monday. I went there several times and I've never seen this kinda attitude before. We were loyal customers for a while but I don’t think I’ll go to this 16 handles location never ever!!!
Staff member inside did not let us try flavors and gave us a weird explanation. We never had this issue with any other locations before, but for some reason hoboken location is always unprofessional
