I feel this is a neat concept, but ice cream is way too expensive for what you get! Almost $8 for a small cone is crazy. Ice-cream is good but just too much money.

Standard fare 16 Handles, but on a nice corner next to the water. Super clean, super updated and pickup was a breeze. Love that they deliver so far as well (I’m in North Bergen). Made handling Covid throat SO much more tolerable and now I know and have ordered beyond!

Messy place. Toppings everywhere. Employee was standing behind counter eating a bowl of froyo he had just fixed for himself. Ewww.

Absolutely Horrible! Extremely overpriced and FILTHY. $40 for 2 people and both had a small amount of frozen yogurt with fudge and sprinkles. I would advise anyone to stay away believe me the place has flies everywhere and is absolutely filthy....

I totally agree with many of the reviewers below. This has to be the most disappointing and poorly run location. I think they dilute the mixture with water because their frozen yogurt tastes like an icy sorbet instead of a creamy texture. I highly advise the owners to visit other locations to understand what the frozen yogurt should taste like.

The park's public restrooms across the street are 10x cleaner than the restroom in this store. Absolutely disgusting. The prices have gone way up, there were only about 6 flavors and we were informed they no longer give out the little sample cups. Girl behind the counter was watching Tik toks as she was checking me out at the register. So bizarre, place has gone way downhill.
The man who was closing last night was very nice. We wanted to show my mother in law frozen yogurt and got there just before close. He made sure we didn’t feel rush and she really enjoy the mango flavor!!

Stop 168. Girls wanted some ice cream.

Ice cream??? Delicious! Fast service? Yes Location? Great! The view? Perfection. Love getting ice cream and walking along the river admiring the NYC skyline! The bathroom is the dirtiest I've seen in a longgg time! And the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars.

I'm a fan of 16 Handles, to be honest. It's a great spot to swing by for some frozen yogurt and take a leisurely stroll along the Hoboken waterfront. What I really like about 16 Handles is their rotating selection of flavors. While I enjoy trying different ones, the mango flavor will always hold a special place in my heart. And when it comes to toppings, they've got you covered with plenty of options to choose from. Personally, I'm a fan of their coconut topping and vegan vanilla. The best part is the freedom to mix and match different flavors and toppings to create your own unique combination. It's always fun to experiment and discover new taste sensations. However, I will say that some of the toppings may not be as fresh as I'd like them to be. The cost is determined by the weight of the personalized frozen yogurt creation you have made.On a positive note, there's seating available, so you can relax and enjoy your frozen yogurt comfortably. Despite the minor issue with topping, I still consider 16 Handles to be a fantastic spot for frozen yogurt in the Hoboken area.

My first and last time...even though the staff was pleasant, they are extremely slow. I ordered a chocolate shake and it was just vanilla shake with little to no chocolate at all. If I pay my money, I want what I asked for. If I could, I'd give 1 1/2 stars.
