Ice cream is very good but they need a manager to run a tighter shop with respect to customer service and cleanliness. Staff are morose. Tables, chairs, floor, door handle are all sticky. While I recognize that surfaces get sticky when dealing with ice cream, frequent cleaning would help reduce the sticky yuck factor.

The coffee flavor is by far my favorite!!! Not much space to sit inside but the service was pretty good. Wish they didn’t allow pets inside though, when I went it was crowded with people and pets sitting inside so I couldn’t stay to enjoy my ice cream.

The fact that I ordered a brownie sundae and was not told till after my ice cream ? and brownie was already in the cup that there was no hot fudge due to the machine not working was really a bummer because I would rather had the choice of not wanting it before hand of it being put together and me then saying never mind for two wrongs don’t make it right so I spend money just to through it away really pissed me off on top of not getting a “sorry I should of notified you before hand” is what really made me more upset. Due to me feeling bad in saying I don’t want it after it being served! Food for thought more training in costumer service will make the place a lot more better! Best wishes ✌️
