As a dessert lover, I decided to try this famous ice cream place. I wouldn’t say it’s the most delicious one — I’ve definitely had better — but the atmosphere was really nice. You can tell they care about customer satisfaction. The service was good too. I tried the cherry, caramel, and strawberry flavors — the caramel one stood out the most. Ingrid was very friendly and made me and my partner feel like we were home. She created a warm and welcoming customer service experience. This is the reason I continue to go back. Also, the ice cream is delicious. Thank you for the great service.
IDK about the other guy here, but I had some great service tonight. Among all the chaos from the holiday weekend, i still got quick and awesome service. Very friendly and quick to take my order. I was happy! .. thanks all!
