Well…considering this restaurant is called Blue Eyes, sits next to Sinatra Park, and there’s a statue of Frank right outside, nothing else about this place even closely resembles somewhere Frank Sinatra would go to eat dinner. When it comes to the senses; visually the restaurant is not appealing from the outside. The entire patio area is a disaster with cheap seating, tables, floors…the whole patio needs to be torn down and re-done. From a sound standpoint, the EDM club music is annoying at best (again, Frank would demand better). To look and listen, you would never think you’re in any kind of Italian restaurant, especially one that Frank Sinatra would visit; with the exception of the menu. Here at the food you finally can take a deep breathe and be in awe of the wonderful dishes this restaurant offers. They don’t have a lunch menu, and the drink menu is limited, but the entrée’s are worth at least one visit. I won’t go back though; would love to see new ownership come in and make this place look and feel authentic. In the mean time, Frank and I will just have to wait…
Very nice dining experience. Staff and food were awesome..
We celebrated the 50th birthday of my friend Ida, in this beautiful location in Hoboken. We had dinner with a breathtaking view of the city. The food was really great: the fish, the first courses and even the pizza made by Giulio really good quality, both the dough and the ingredients. The atmosphere and Welcoming were outstanding. I recommend them!
Stephanie is very welcoming, loved the food, had a great time, loved the pizza, in general a great experience to be at Hoboken next to the Hudson River and enjoying the great view with great people.
Food was okay. A bit disappointed on this last visit as I took friends that had never been. Had been there before multiple times and it was 100x better. The amount of food on the plate was so little. I used to be able to split plates, not anymore. I even asked to add a bit of bacon to my Alfredo like I used to and they said no. My friend’s lasagna was brownish, dry and tasted odd. He still ate half of it. Looked like microwave Lasagna tbh. At the end they even managed to mess up splitting the card payment and charged me double. Anyway this used to be a spot where I loved to bring Friends and family occasionally the food was amazing not to mention the great view to NYC. I doubt I will come back as quality has significantly declined.

Came here last night with a reservation with a group of friends and let me say first off our server took over 20 mins to take our order, second my sister was missing utensils, third my friend ordered pasta and when our food came there was a long string of hair on her pasta and fourth my husband had ordered lasagna and got food poisoning and was throwing up all night last night for it not being cooked well and fifth they charged us $80 as tip which I find ridiculous. $10 of tip from each and one of us who he didn’t even deserve because he took forever to serve us and whenever we needed something we had to ask another waitress or else we would be forever waiting , he barely came to our table didn’t even come here and there to ask if we needed something or ask if the food was good. But the worst part of this is the fact my husband got food poisoning and has been having an upset stomach all night and will be having it throughout the day and who knows he might need to go to the hospital or be seen by a doctor. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this place due to lack of responsibility and the fact for then being greedy towards the end of the night of overcharging us tip that they themselves know did not deserve.

The pasta was undercooked.
The waiter stood right next to our table and watched us eat the whole time.
$28 for 6 pieces of ravioli is wild.
The bread baskets were deff from dollar tree. Looks terrible inside for the price of the food. Only good thing is the view.

Came here on Valentine’s day and had the worst experience. The server forgot about my table after we asked for a little more time to order and who I presume was the owner/manager came over and took our order. Then we waited for over an hour for our food. The restaurant was pretty crowded but there was mainly table of twos and many of the tables came with about a thirty minute gap in between. The food I expected to be better with the wait but I received a burnt filet mignon and a basically cold chicken parm. I wouldn’t go back on any date.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went here with my fiancee for valentines dinner. Sat there for 90 minutes until we got our food. When it came it was not warm, and my fiancées plate of pasta had MAYBE 30 noodles. Was embarrassed to take her here. Manager nodded along when I complained and then handed me the full bill. Used to love this place. No clue what happened but what a horrific disappointment. We were not the only ones who were complaining, and we CERTAINLY won’t be returning. HIGHLY Advise against.

They take way too long to Serve you, and when the food arrived to the table it wasnt what we expected. It was cold and the portions were not good in relation to quality/price

Food is average. Service is terrible. We sat at our table for 50 minutes and never got our applizier. It was the burrata, it’s not even cooked. I asked our waiter who was just standing around the whole night and he smugly told me the restaurant was fully booked and that is why. Nonsense, there were tons of open tables and suddenly the burrata was out 30 seconds later. I had to get up and get my own silverware and plates for the appetizer. Waiter never came back when food was served. We won’t be back.
Very disappointed. They have one of the best locations yet, food was medium, service was medium, but what made it even worse was that they literally had one bathroom for the whole place and to top that off. It was completely flooded, if you was a woman trying to use the bathroom I feel bad for you. Also, we had the fire alarm go off twice. Definitely don't recommend anyone to waste your money on a bad atmosphere place.

Went there while on vacation with my family. Not only was the staff unfriendly & acted as if they didn’t wanna be bothered by the few questions we had and the fact 2 family members have Celiac disease (intolerance to gluten.) The food was mediocre but very overpriced, and I was argued with by staff when I told them the meal I received was not the one I ordered. Do not recommend!

I felt that the taste of the food was not what I expected for about $30 per plate. I expected that the food would be exceptional for this price. You could get a better plate of food in Boston north end and pay a similar price.
I was with a group of people and two plates came out incorrectly. Also, two people I was with have celiac disease and it seemed that the restaurant staff were not certain they could guarantee a GF meal even though the menu stated they had GF pasta.
The restaurant staff also assured us one of the meals that was incorrect was correct. There was a lot of confusion and miscommunication during this visit.
For the restaurant to improve they should educate their staff on food allergy/celiac disease.
Vegetarian options: The seating is mostly hard chairs and no booths. Those with pilonidal disease, take note.
Dietary restrictions: Very few options for celiac. I would not recommend this restaurant for those with celiac disease.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not a great place for wheelchair accessibility. Tables are very close together and cramped.

I ordered delivery. Food was not good at all. Linguine with white clam sauce. No linguine, no sauce, pasta totally undercooked, I like al dente, however, raw is another story. Six skimpy clams, not good at all. With tip a meal we three away was $90.
