Coffee is ok “Flat white” was actually a latte macchiato - 16oz. (Well most people have different ideas about what flat white is. I know a coffee shop where they just refuse to make to prevent possible disagreements) The scone was ok, the almond croissant a bit poor.

Hey its Bwe - my fave cafe! Wait, there's another place on par with this one and its Hidden Grounds. But enough about them. Alongside Hidden Grounds, Bwe produces an equally solid artisan coffee joint with a standard coffee flare and classic signature pastries. Such as the croissant, the pain au chocolat... should they try to improvise? Maybe, but I am not hand baking anything myself!

Apple cheese scone and raspberry donut were a jackpot choice! Along with a light roast drip that was just perfect on this gloomy morning. Although it was a rush both baristas took the time to help me out with my choices and showed real care! The wooden stools all the way in the back are so comfy, I really enjoyed my first hours of the day savoring every bite feeling so grateful! Thank you!!

This place is amazing. The people are so nice. The atmosphere is so beautiful and elegant and demure their blueberries specialty drink is amazing! If you like coffee, that’s not too sweet and not bitter. This is the place to go.

So far the best coffee shop in the area I've been to.
1. Staff are professional, friendly and very efficient. When we arrived, around 6-7 customers showed up at around the same time. The staff efficiently took the orders. We ordered 2 flat whites, 1 cappuccino, 3 regular croissants. Within 5min, the entire queue was gone, everyone had been served; that's efficiency!
2. Interior is cozy, inviting to spend time enjoying your coffee or whatever you've ordered.
3. Flat white and cappuccino were both very good. Rich flavours, not too hot, nice smooth créma which remains smooth and the cup filled to the top as flat whites and cappuccinos should be. Definitely best coffee we had so far around here.
4. Croissants were OK. Not airy/light enough in my opinion. Carrot cake was fine, but the taste of cinnamon was too strong.
Overall, highly recommend to visit "bwè kafe" if you're in the area. Personally, I think there's no better place to have a coffee within 20min walking distance, except for their other branch further north.
Parking: Parking right in front of the shop. So for a quick stop and take-away coffee, very convenient.
Great vibe at this place. Friendly people. Good coffee. I wish they had a bit more outside seating but thats only because what they have is so lovely. Def my fav coffee shop in Hoboken.
