Unfortunately, I have to throw this Coffee Brioche in the trash!! It is completely soggy and rubbery. It is uneatable. It tasted like it was from last week. I called back and let the cashier know that the one that left on the shelf should be pulled away. It should not be sold to the customer. He told me it is supposed to be fresh. He told me that it could have been the new baker they switched to recently that been catching up the baking job. Either way, it is bad. The cashier did apologize. I asked politely that he should pass the words along to the owner to look into the quality control. He did take my suggestion well and respectfully. I wouldn’t have bothered to make the call of it was unbeatable. I am disappointed as I was expecting this as my snack and breakfast. I will be happy to change to 4-5 stars again if this quality issue been resolved.

It is a decent East Asian viennoiserie bakery. The price is very reasonable, and we love their mango mousse cake. They carry bread, pastries, cookies and Taiwanese pineapple cakes here. The place was kept clean, but not for a sit down. They don't serve coffee here either. The staff were friendly in general.

Nice staff and bread/cakes/coffee are of good flavor. Enjoy them if you stop by. However, the guy who is working there seemingly was not friendly to me and tried to embarrass me by saying that "oh, super fruit tea is not available now even if you previously wrote good review for us" and saying "the pastries buy 2 get 1 free is only valid until today Sunday night". I was not sure this was personal or not. Whatever it is, he was cold and kind of non-friendly to me.
