Really enjoyed this place. The vibe is super laid-back, the staff is friendly, and it’s a perfect alcohol-free hangout. The food is full of flavor and portions are generous. Compared to other spots in Hoboken, the pricing is very fair. Definitely one to return to.

Food and service has always been great everytime I go with my partner. There was this particular day we went where the restaurant seemed to be having a slow day. Our bill had come out to $50 , and we left a $15 tip. The waiter (didn’t get his name) then started lecturing my partner on how the tip he left wasn’t enough. Which wasn’t professional at all. Ever since we have not gone back to the place. Tipping culture has gotten out of control.

Good ropa vieja. Service seemed a little standoff ish but not terrible. In town for work so the only time I’ll visit, didn’t know the ordering process so could have used a little help. They were very busy.
Excellent value for $$ in Hoboken. Mole was fantastic for $18 with generous potions. Great selection of tapas available for sub-$10 as well.
Also BYOB.

I usually get their fish for take out and the last month I noticed their rice portions have gotten increasingly smaller, too small for a full meal. I don’t know if they changed chefs or what’s going on but it’s making the meal not worth the price.
