Every time I come into this location the staff is in the back having conversations with each other. I don’t feel like they are focused on customer service. This most recent visit the young lady behind the counter had an attitude. Also the quality & taste of the cookies at this location are not as good.

I don’t live within a reasonable distance to Chip City in BK, but I work near one and every once and a while place a massive order. The cookies are mind blowing, my coworkers adore them, and I’d eat there every day if I could. Staff is always so kind when I go in person, 15/10 would prefer here over other competitors!

Cookie was very boring. None of the exciting, rich flavors of a bakery-fresh cookie were prominent: butter, cream, salt. Instead, it was bread and flour-forward (and I’m not complaining about a thick chewy cookie btw, that’s actually my favorite style). I got the S’mores flavor which tasted nothing like graham, and the marshmallow component was a lazy, quarter sized toasted dollop on the surface of the cookie in the center—they should’ve incorporated it through and through or had the entire top covered. As for other options, there was next to nothing left—granted, we came late night around 11:45, but I thought that was the point of staying open late. Idk this place just hit a super flat note with me. Too bad. Maybe I’ll give another shot but my friend went with a basic chocolate chip and she was not impressed either.

These are dangerously good. If they’re took much for 1 sitting, I recommend freezing them and saving the cookies for another day.
Anything with peanut butter is my recommendation. As well as the cookies with filling in the middle.

Girlfriend and I love coming here to pick up a sweet treat for dessert. We love that the selection changes weekly and that we don’t get sick of the same old flavors. Staff is always nice. Sometimes the cookies are a little bit underdone so you have to take it home and throw it back in the oven or air fryer. Other than that it’s one of our favorite places.
