This place has gotten really bad lately. The portion sizes are horrible, the servers are rude and always have an attitude. I've stopped going to this chipotle. My friend was getting a veggie bowl and the server was giving half a spoonful of toppings including beans.. when asked to give a little bit more, she states she will have to charge her extra when she hardly gave any in the first place. Eye rolls the whole time. We walked right out. There are better alternatives than this chipotle.

I have literally never posted a review before but after the experience I had, it must be done. I order my food and arrive on time for when it should have been ready. I get to the pick up area and show the cashier my name for the order. He looks at the few bags there and says that it isn’t ready yet. 30 minutes later many bags and people have come and gone but now there is a much bigger line. By this point I had shown this guy the name multiple times and he had repeatedly said that it is not ready yet. Eventually, a woman comes out and sees the build up so she decides to get everyone their bags. I shower the name and boom she instantly gets my bag. The worst part is, it was there the entire time but the server was too lazy/nonchalant to hand me it. Multiple other people had the same thing happen to them when the lady handed their bag to them and they had realized that it had been sitting there the entire time. Waste of 30+ mins horrible experience. I recommend to not order anything online.

Waited 35 minutes for our online order that was placed 25 minutes in advance. The store was empty except for online orders because only one individual was working on them as the other workers starting cleaning up to close. A complete joke! We get our food and it’s all messed up. Missing most topping including protein and the portions were tiny for chipotle. Also paid for guacamole but not was given. Not the first time I’ve had problems here but definitely the worst experience. Also can’t get ahold of anyone in the store for a refund so now I’m stuck with this nonsense

Every time I go here, I am reminded of how bad my previous experience was. Today, my family and I decided that this will be the last time we stepped into this establishment. Chipotle as a company should be ashamed of the awful quality of food and how they treat their customers.
Constantly being given insulting amounts of protein and having to ask for double. I’m not asking to be hooked up, I’m asking to not be given a half scoop of chicken. I have seen this location make sure the spoon of chicken is filled to the brim. Can we make that consistent? Just paid $17 for what what was barely a single serving.
