The manager seems to act with a strange way , there is a big problem of communication and kind of a very cold environment , not helpful at all to enjoy any kind of ice cream .

Will could give 0 star! Because thatâs very much they are! We had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. The staff member we encountered was extremely rude. After my daughter finished her ice cream, I even wiped the table clean myself. My daughterâs hands were a bit sticky, so she asked if she could wash them. To my surprise, the staff member stopped her and told her the area was âtoo scaryâ and that she couldnât go in. When my daughter said she just wanted to wash her hands, the staff member then told her the sink was broken. I was confusedâwashing hands is a basic need, not taking a shower⌠I asked if she didnât wash their hands when preparing ice cream for children, and the staff member said she didnât, then added that the sink was in the kitchen but âthe kitchen is too dangerous.â None of this made sense. We live nearby and came to support this ice-cream shop, even though their ice cream is quite expensive. Unfortunately, the way we were treated was unacceptable. We will not be coming back, and I strongly suggest hiring staff who can be genuinely kind to children.Thanks!

We had a lovely time at Cold Stone! The ice cream was very good â rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Our little ones especially enjoyed the fun mix-ins and colorful sprinkles. The âSignature Creationsâ menu offered a great variety to choose from â something for everyone.
The staff was friendly and patient, even with our big group. Seating was comfortable enough for a family night out, though the store could use a little more space during busy times.
Overall, a sweet treat for the whole family! Weâll definitely be back for more.

I tried the GermanchoġoĞät̤èkäkáş˝ with double chocolate ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious! The rich chocolate flavour paired perfectly with the coconut and pecan. Cold Stone really knows how to bring indulgence to the next levelâdefinitely a treat worth coming back for.

This time I ordered Chocolate Devotion, and this new girl didn't mix up the ice cream well. She just put brownie in between, covered with ice cream and that's it.
Otherwise Everytime they break it very well and mix this up. These kind of tiny things are very important. It's just not encouraging to come back again.
