This time I ordered Chocolate Devotion, and this new girl didn't mix up the ice cream well. She just put brownie in between, covered with ice cream and that's it.
Otherwise Everytime they break it very well and mix this up. These kind of tiny things are very important. It's just not encouraging to come back again.

i have ordered via uber eats from this location twice now. both times they got my order completely wrong. when i request a refund, it said my issue was not eligible, despite not even receiving the correct order. furthermore, the ice cream i received the second time was completely freezer burnt. do not recommend ordering from this location.

I've been to several Cold Stone locations but this one was the most surprisingly inviting. The Peanut Butter Cup Perfection lives up to its name.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. My boyfriend went in and ordered one sweet cream with rainbow sprinkles and one sweet cream and cake batter with rainbow sprinkles. The employee didn’t remember which was which and told my boyfriend to taste the difference. I have celiac disease and cannot eat gluten. My boyfriend wasn’t able to taste the difference. I told him to go in and ask for a new plain sweet cream so I wouldn’t get sick. They refused and said only if he pay for a new one. The employee took a bite of each telling him which is which. Now we are $17 out and I will not be eating it to prevent getting sick. Will NEVER go back to this location. Do better.

This location has gone downhill over the years. The whole space seemed dirty and dingy. A trash bin wasn’t even properly covered or lined with a trash bag and the counter was dirty and sticky. We were in there having our treats for about 15 mins and the employees were just chatting away. I won’t be revisiting this Cold Stone anytime soon

Ordered for pickup ahead of time, but when I got there, they had not even started my order, although the place was empty. When she made my order and mixed the toppings, she realized that she had not made enough for the container size that I had purchased, so she just added some extra plain ice cream on top with no additional toppings. So, I essentially got a tub of plain vanilla ice cream with a very few mixed fruits at the bottom for over $30. This was a really disappointing experience.

They charge 10% surcharge for credit card. It’s crazy. 3 or 4% is understandable. But 10% is crazy. And they charge sales tax on top of the 10% surcharge. I took 3 ice creams and 1 milk shake, total was $34.96, end up paying 39.74.

Bought the cupcakes that were in the fridge. According to the date they weren’t expired, but the icing 100% went bad. I ended up tossing the whole box.
