I recently ordered the steak frites for takeout and when I got home the meat was completely undercooked even though I asked for it to be done medium. I’m very disappointed and concerned about their food safety.

We had our annual holiday dinner with friends on 12/21/25. We were a party of 9. The service was fantastic. Tiernan was our server and he and the team were exceptional. Great cocktails and menu recommendations. Friendly and attentive without being intrusive at all. We will definitely be back.

Had a solid experiance at Maud, food was solid and drinks were strong. Would definitely come back for a casual night out.
Great waitstaff and bar-tenders. Decent food. Deafeningly, unnecessarily, almost comically loud. Not for me, but people seem to like it.

This place was super cute, but the food we got was not very good. The fried chicken sandwich barely had any chicken on it, and it was $19. The tiramisu was really bad. It’s more like a tiramisu cake than a classic tiramisu, and it took 30 minutes to be brought out even though there were more staff than customers in the restaurant. The host was very nice though! I would not eat here again but it could be a good vibe for drinking!

Very cozy place to come and enjoy a drink and some appetizers. Setting was great for conversation, and when I return to Hoboken, returning to Dear Maud would definitely be on my list of places I'd want to eat at. Service was exceptional, and I felt the interior very warm and inviting.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the place felt wonderfully spacious. We had been there for Thanksgiving . The food was good. I also liked the restaurant’s bar. It had a stylish yet cozy vibe that made it a great place to relax.
