I came back to change my five star reviews because I had a horrible experience recently. The waitress, I think she is new, a little skinny, was so rude. When I ordered, she acted like the princess and I was a commoner that’s bothering her.

I used to love this place, not sure if I want to come back.

1st and last impression of this establishment. Came in for a quick cup of coffee. Wasn’t greeted nor acknowledged by staff as I reviewed the menu. Someone came in, who I assumed was a regular, and staff member jumped up to complete their order still without even acknowledging my presence. I ordered a medium coffee and was handed a cup 75% filled.I highly recommend reviewing their customer service before spending your time or money in this cafe.

Croissant with cream and pastries in general are great. There is no table service. I like the Italian radio in the backgroud.

This is such a neighborhood gem. The baked good and breakfast sandwiches are fantastic. And very reasonably priced for what you get. Very underrated! They should get a lot more business for what they offer!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with both the management and staff at dolce and Salato. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service is not a priority. They had these nice girls working there and all of them left, The new staff seemed disinterested, inattentive, and unprofessional. When I raised concerns, management was equally dismissive and offered no solutions or apologies.

To top it off, the coffee was below average — bitter and poorly made. I usually ordered an iced latte and received a watered down iced cappuccino. I am someone who’s been going there for years and am left so dissatisfied, I enjoyed talking to the last staff and all of them left. They seem to always be changing their baristas and fail to train them well. For a place that prides itself on offering a quality experience, it missed the mark in every possible way. I expected much better and won’t be returning. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for good service or a decent cup of coffee.

Terrible. It was empty and they did not know how to make a capuchino. Took 15 min and tasted horrible.

Very good food, pastries and espressos. Casual atmosphere and very clean which is the perfect breakfast stop or taking food to go. Their sandwiches and eggplant parm are very tasty but their gravy i.e. red sauce is amazing!!
