Just one problem...
They took their small pies and made them into personal pies. That's why the price dropped. But the pizza size also did drop itself , it's a small personal pie, advertised correctly. Say personal pie with toppings instead of small pie with toppings.... 🤔

I recently placed an order and provided instructions to come up stairs. I only asked that they leave the order at my door. After 20 minutes , I noticed the tracker showed my order had been delivered. I reached out to the store and they inform me the driver was on his way and to allow more time. Within 2 minutes the driver Jose called to say that he was downstairs. I provided the code again to come upstairs at which time he told me it’s company policy not to come inside buildings after a certain times. I contacted the store manager and he explained that due to the population/demographics of my location he does allow drivers to come upstairs. I asked for refund and he told me I can drop off the order at the store and to file a compliant if I didn’t like his answer. I sent a compliant to corporate and have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, this is very common in my area.

I never received my order, even though the tracker noted it as delivered. I called the restaurant, advised I didn't receive, and was given an it's stuck in traffic excuse. I questioned why then was it marked as delivered and was told to wait or get a refund. I requested a refund and was hung up on, only to receive a cancelation notice 10 minutes later. Wouldn't have left any kind of review if the phone call had ended cordially. I get customers can suck, but so can CS Managers....and yes, I speak from experience...Jeez
