Very disgusting staff. If i could give zero stars i would. They refused to make instead of milk in my latte). Then when i called her out on her lie, she became belligerent.She should not be working in customer service at all.(Side bar i went to the dunkin inside Hoboken terminal and they made my order the way i wanted it.
The staff here are great. And the place was tidy and very organized.

Place order via app, macchiato...went to pick it up and someone took it already. Had to wait another 10 mins as he said he just "reset" machine. Finally, I tasted it and was extremely disappointed. I stopped short and was contemplating having it fixed and just decided against it. How can u screw up what's automated. 1.5 star actually how can I even give it a single star.

I don't get to Hoboken often but when I do I always get Dunkin Donuts and the people here are always nice even when it's busy. They greet everyone when you enter the store and make everyone feel welcome.
The only complaint is, no ac.
