Came here with my three young kids, and the staff was so accommodating and kind. I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts, but this was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. So family friendly. Vrg was the one who helped us and his customer service skills were a 10 out of 10. Thanks!

The bagel is now more hole than bagel. Perhaps the saddest example of shrinkflation ever! The staff is usually nice and I get $8/month credit from AmEx otherwise I'd probably not visit ever.
I had a really unpleasant experience at the Dunkin’ on 7th Street in Hoboken. When I went in to pick up my mobile order, the male employee behind the counter acted like I was doing something shady. He demanded my order number like I was trying to steal something, even though my name was clearly on the order. The weird part? When my girlfriend goes in to pick up the exact same kind of order, she never gets questioned or hassled. Makes you wonder what the difference is. It felt like discrimination, plain and simple. Super unprofessional and totally unnecessary. If you can’t treat all customers with basic respect, you shouldn’t be in customer service. Definitely not coming back to this location.
