Very disorganized day unfortunately, my mobile order wasn’t made properly . It’s the main thing of my every morning “coffee” . It’s a hit or miss. Try your luck.

I ordered a medium Cold Shaken Espresso at Dunkin' for $7.29, but I was very disappointed. The cup was more than 3/4 filled with ice, leaving barely any coffee to enjoy. When I asked the staff if they thought it was too much ice, they simply said it was their standard. I barely got 10 sips before it was gone. For the price, this was really disappointing. This location is always out of stock, they never have what you already paid for online, but today they gave me a cold sandwich like they just take it out of the fridge the twins girls are always in a bad mood
The staff there are not clean. I took an ice coffee ffe with hair inside. I hated Dunkin' after what happened It's very disgusting. and The manager, very rude, I was there just from 5 minutes ago made order a large ice coffee Give me a medium one. When I asked if it was large, he said oh ok i and switch only cops, so all the orders were mixed up between large and medium.so it was not right

The manager was very unfriendly for not understanding my order and selling me what was not. He took a selfish attitude when I explained that it wasn't that and his response was not at all cordial.

After receiving my order, the cashier, Kareem, kept me waiting for fifteen minutes. I discovered after verifying that he had forgotten to begin making it. He told me to come back tomorrow when I asked for my money back. When they make a mistake, they know how to approach the customer.

Somehow getting coffee has become a shouting match in the Mile Square City. Have you ever felt like you're not getting yelled at, demeaned, or told you were lying enough? Well here's your chance, come to 700 Washington Street before 2pm and you can spar with the Shift Manager. She undercuts customers, staff, and her own family in public. If you dare send a preorder coffee and don't pick it up fast enough she'll toss it and then tell you that your receipt with the date time and address from Dunkin app is not sufficient proof of payment. She always lets it slip though that she threw it out, but don't worry you the customer are to blame.
Ordered loaded hash browns they gave me regular has browns. Also ordered stuff cream cheese and it was hard as a rock couldn’t eat it won’t be
