I've been going to this DD for the past 4 months. The staff is very nice, courteous, and attentive! I have never had a problem with how they make my order nor how they interact with me. Tbh, every time I go, I'm impressed by how nice they are!Whenever I have a question or can't find my order, a young South Asian looking girl/woman helps me out. Her customer service skills are on point! She's very nice!I do have to say I usually go in the morning. I don't know how the late afternoon staff is, but I went there twice around 3 PM and didn't get the same vibe... I didn't recognize anyone from the morning shift, though, but it might be just me! Like I said, I'm usually there in the morning.Oh, and the establishment is always clean, including the bathroom!

Dunkin’ is Dunkin. It is at best 3 star coffee in a place where you are surrounded by local coffee shops providing a 5 star experience. Dunkin is always going to be a consistently inoffensive cup of coffee and it fits its niche very well. You won’t find zen in a cuppa at Dunkin though.

I believed that the service was rushed and that the employees were not the most welcoming. It did take a while to get my bagel with cream cheese. Yet, I liked the everything bagel with cream cheese and the chocolate chip muffin. The prices and the portions were fine, but I got a ton of cream cheese. The food tasted great. There were a few tables inside of this restaurant.

It is open 24/7 but they don't let you put in a order. Workers don't know why the owner doesn't fix this. To grubhub and seamless they are open please update and fix your site. This store is 24/7 as per the workers
