These people do not take their jobs seriously at all. I go here because it is convenient getting off the train grabbing a coffee, a small bite and heading to work, but even when you place an order 15-30 minutes ahead for pick up they’re not even paying attention to the tickets because they’re all just joking around and being lazy. They will literally see you standing there for 5 minutes waiting for the order you place 15-35 mins ago and then start laughing and make your order. As we speak, the lady just laughed when she forgot my order and I’m watching her slowly make it while joking around while I’m now late to work. LAZY LAZY WORKERS that do not take anything seriously.

Extremely rude staff. This location is located in a transportation hub so being quick and efficient is key. They are slow, and always playing around. Literally two other people that came in after me were served before me, one can only imagine why -and when I got my drink it was cold, twice. When I asked for them to give me a coffee instead they refused. I will never purchase anything from there again.

Solid Dunkin location, but be aware that the hours posted here on Google maps and the official Dunkin website are slightly wrong. The true hours are posted on the front door, which are 6am-10pm weekdays and 6am-8pm on weekends. If you order outside these hours but during the posted hours online then the order will be accepted but obviously won't be fulfilled because it's closed.
Janvin, the manager, is a true gem! I can't thank her enough for the consistent and outstanding service she provides. Every time we're in line, Janvin ensures our order is absolutely perfect, and she does it all with a warm and welcoming smile. Her attention to detail is commendable, and her friendly demeanor brightens mine and my daughter’s day. We appreciate her dedication to making our Dunkin' Donuts experience exceptional.
