Consistently the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The drinks are lazily made, coffees end up being mostly milk, they never put the right amount of pumps (I tested a few times with extra), they don’t mix matcha powder into their drinks, they don’t toast sandwiches properly so cheese is unmelted, and their manager is rude. Most Dunkin’ Donuts will leave an empty bag out if the donut you request is out of stock so you could pick a new one, this place will just throw out your order and make it harder for you to explain. My partner asked for a coffee and the cashier heard wrong, so they asked for a new coffee to be made. The manager? He said no and handed the wrong coffee to my girlfriend after giving us a displeased glance, as if we committed a crime. Coffee is high margin. Fix your mistakes. If you work in the Newport area, just go to the Dunkin in the mall.

I have stopped coming to this place as a Dunkin addict. These weren’t isolated experiences.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The cashier always greets the customers nicely. The service is very good and make sure that they are taking care of their customers. The food is always fresh. Overall their service and food is 10 out of 10.

whoever was working by himself on a Sunday 11/02 8am, they deserve a higher wage. The coffee and food was perfect, bec loaded w bacon, exemplary of how all dunks should provide. Store was clean tidy and thoughtful in its placement of furniture lighting pick up shelf etc.

One of the workers gave me one dot of cheese in my loaded hash browns. I would say they forgot the cheese but you can see the ridiculous amount he decided to put. Basically ruined my day.

I ordered a coffee with an extra shot, and I asked the guy twice if he put it in. He said yes, but guess what? No extra shot!
Another employee had to tell me to go back and pay for it. The guy was still there, and no apology.
Seriously, your job isn't that hard, and other people shouldn't have to fix your mistakes.

This is by far the worse Dunkin location. They are liars and thieves. On July 8, 2025 at 4:34 PM, I attempted to purchase a Refresher and a Stuffed Croissant. At the time, credit card payments were not working, so I asked one of the associates if my Dunkin’ app scan could be used instead, as I also had cash available. I was told that the scan would work, and it was processed. My order was made, and I even delayed leaving to ensure everything had gone through correctly. However, I was soon approached by a team member at the pickup location who informed me that the scan had not gone through. As a result, I paid with a $20 bill. She returned my change without a receipt. To my surprise, a few days later, I noticed that my Dunkin’ app had been charged for the same order. I immediately called the Dunkin’ customer service number and have since placed three calls, but have yet to receive a resolution. I have been told each time that the store will contact me directly, but I have not received any follow-up to date. They are telling corporate that they reached out to me but not one voicemail was left. I am not a regular at this location but if you do go make a purchase make sure the system is running, that you use cash only and they give a receipt.

Having lived in Hoboken for several years and gone to this specific Dunkin dozens of times, I can safely say it’s great. The staff are very nice, and no matter the time of day I’ve gone, they always got my order right.
