This yakitori stand is truly amazing. The chicken skewers were cooked and served perfectly, and it’s such a comfort food on a freezing windy afternoon. Delicious skewers, can’t believe this exists in Hoboken!
I got chicken wings, thighs, gizzard, breast, knee, and pork belly. I loved them all but if I have to choose top 2 they would be the wings and the pork belly.
The owner/chef also add unique sauces to each skewers like spicy bbq or honey ketchup!
Owner/chef was also super friendly talking to everyone and getting to know his customer as well as bring out the food to...
