A decent Italian spot in Hoboken but a little on the pricer side compared to the service you’re getting. My second time here and it did not disappoint. Good veggie options. Will recommend trying the ceasar salad, pasta rigatoni and the olive oil cake!
Ima chef around the area, passed by looking for new places to try must say was impressed. Tuna crudo was delicious, perfect balance of citrus, not a big fan of fennel but ate every bite. The mexican street corn pasta was a great fusion of mexican and italian using agnolotti. Nice vibes nice open kitchen concept will be coming back for sure
I had a reservation on Valentine’s Day, so surely I knew it’d be packed. We were serviced quickly, the waiter did a great job of explaining the menu, and the appetizers came quickly. The entrees did take a very long time, which makes sense since it’s cooked fresh, but paired with the time limit to a table was not the greatest feeling. The tables are also extremely close together, so you have to squeeze into the booth and be mindful not to put your behind on the neighboring...
