I gave this place too many chances. I even called them to confirm that they had a sauce i wanted. I requested it twice!!!!!! For each order for it to be added. I even called today :(. I like their food but if instructions can't even be followed...it shows a lack of care they have for service. Wont be ordering again.

The disrespect is crazy.

Edit: bruh even the amount of bulgogi is smaller than what i had just the other day.

Gogi Grill is delicious and the service is amazing! I eat here once a week after the gym and it is always really good. It is one of the healthier places open later near the station and the staff is very kind and welcoming (even when I show up a bit close to closing). Highly recommend if in the area

I love Gogi Grill! The food is always fresh with quality ingredients. The staff could not be any nicer. I work in Hoboken and eat here at least twice a week. Definitely worth it 😊

The staff members were so kind to change my meal when I accidentally selected the wrong option. Instead of choosing beef bulgogi on the kiosk, I mistakenly selected pork, which I don't eat. Thank you so much! The food is excellent as well. I always eat and order here whenever I'm in Hoboken.

Gogi Grill used to be a frequently visited spot. Decent, quick Korean food options, good price points and food quality used to be good.

2025 March- just ordered my usual and was quite disappointed. Food here used to be semi authentic. What happened? Why have the spinach, cucumber side dishes change so that now they are raw vegetables (vs pickled versions which were authentic) now? The soon tofu soup here used to be decent, but now the soup tastes nothing like what it is supposed to be. I can also taste bulgogi in the soup, what abomination is this? The store name and logo changed, i assume the ownership (and the chef) also changed.

Needless to say, will not be ordering again. Used to eat like once a month from this place. Sad.
